Horrible work and some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced! Paid thousands of dollars to have them install drains and trenches. Very poor work as hoses are exposed that should be in the ground and my house keeps flooding! Owner doesn’t care and told me so. This is one of the worst companies that I have ever worked with! Literally told me to call another company to fix their work! When I told him that I was going online to tell other hard working people about my experience he had the nerve to ask “why?” I asked him to come out and tried scheduling an appointment and was told

Poor on communicating when they were to come. Due to rain delays they didn't communicate change in date, we had to call. Gave us a quote without seeing our pond. After seeing a picture of our pond they price jumped (on site estimate would have been a better way to go). Told us it would be an all day job, then they said they would do it in an afternoon....I cancelled opting to find a different company. Communication need a lot of improvement!
