I received a BEAUTIFUL holiday arrangement for my Thanksgiving table! Even prettier then pictured on line. It was clearly created with an artistic and thoughtful eye. I am new to the area but this is the third arrangement I’ve received. This will be my go to place. You won’t be disappointed should you want an arrangement for yourself or as a gift.

Thank God for Bob and Mia. I've been doing business with them for a couple of years now and I'm always, always impressed! They help me make my mom's birthday extra special with their beautiful, eclectic floral designs. They have a profile filled out for me and everything making it super easy to place an order. The folks Twigs were the best . Very professional helpful when choosing a flower arrangement. Getting flowers sent to the Deep South and the west coast was always a nightmare, don't mention flowers sent via prime ....,
Very friendly, totally helpful in getting flower on time . I had two arrangements shipped to Miami arrived the same day.

My experience with Twigs was impeccable. While I love to order gorgeous floral arrangements, I always fret when I need to use a new florist. I found myself worrying who to use for a sympathy arrangement when my aunt's husband passed away last week (she's in Bristol and I am in Massachusetts). After much research online, I found Twigs Florist and upon reading about them, I knew this would be a great place to entrust with the job. Their website is extremely informative and I love their vibe and passion. I also love that they have a huge portfolio of arrangements online to provide

I can't say enough good things about Twigs. I called Saturday at about 1pm from California hoping you get flowers delivered to my friend in RI maybe Monday, most flower shops require a couple of days notice, it was Saturday afternoon I figured there was a slim to none chance that I would get anything delivered any sooner.
Not only did Twigs deliver today they delivered an absolutely beautiful arrangement before 2pm. Who does that? What shop has that awesome customer service. They even included my friends favorite flowers, hydrangeas!!! My friend LOVED them.

On a Thurs night I ordered flowers for a funeral on Sat. this order was with 1 800 Flowers. I am not in the same state as the funeral. I was told it was all set and was charged a large service fee. On Fri at 4:15 I was called and told they couldn't due it, their florist was too busy. I was in tears. I called a few other florists all said no. I called Twigs and explained my problem , it was 5:00. the woman I spoke with (I'm sorry I don't remember the name) said let me call the owner and call you back. she called back in less then 10 minutes and said YES. I left it to her as to what it would look

Bobby was one of the best decisions of my entire wedding planning process. We came to him last minute after having a bad experience with another florist, and I am so glad I followed my gut and ended up with Twigs/Bobby. His enthusiasm, creativity, and charm were invaluable. I absolutely love Twigs! My husband sends out a lot of arrangements as thanks-you's to his clients and on many many occasions I receive them as well all from Twigs.
Roses last for weeks! Normally you receive flowers and you will enjoy them for maybe a week, however this has never been the case with Twigs! Bobby the owner is a great guy too! Awesome energy and puts up no 'fronts' whatsoever. Support local businesses and shop Twigs!

Bobby Bach was absolutely fantastic to work with from our first visit to his gorgeous shop to the day of our wedding! He is sure to put your mind at ease. He took all of my crazy ideas and color schemes and helped me form a color palette and the overall decor for our beautiful wedding. If I could give Bobby 10 stars on Yelp - I would. As a groom - I was naturally skeptical of how great flowers could be at our wedding. But let me tell you - Bobby blew me away. What he did for our wedding in Newport was fantastic. Bobby was a true professional. He went above and beyond from a client service perspective. He was the first guy at the church to make sure all of the flowers were posted on the groomsmen in plenty of time. Sending flowers for a birthday, holiday or special occasion is always a gratifying thing to do when you know how much unexpected pleasure they bring to friends and family. But when someone is going through a tough time and you just want to put a smile on there face for a moment and let them know you are thinking of them there is no one we would trust more than Bobby Bach at Twiggs. I love to shop in downtown East Greenwich and I live to support "local" business!...but yesterday I found the one shop I would NEVER step foot in again!...
I can deal with strong personalities!...but the owner of this shop was so arrogant that he went as far as insulting me and refusing to provide his service as a florist as well!..
Here is the scenario just so my review isn't too vague.
I am designing my own table arrangements for my upcoming wedding!..I am a artist/designer by trade and have done flower arranging for years. Being my own wedding I realized that I am in over my head
