I used this business a lot, they are a good business. The last time was unfavorable. Being in this covid atmosphere it was unfortunate I had to clean the entire inside and entrance to the bouncy house. Dryed cake was everywhere. Naturally you would wipe things down but it was excessive and the kiddos were a little sad having to wait an hour for the house to be cleaned. I wasnt upset as I usually clean them before. The part that was unacceptable was when I spoke to someone about it, and said they would subtract some of the amount but never did. My main point is make sure its clean before they leave

Late May I reserved a large inflatable water slide for the 4th of July weekend for our family as well as the neighbors. I have four young kids (8 and younger) and our neighbors have three. Due to the 4th being a major holiday and our joint party with the neighbors was centered around me renting the inflatable I called on Friday, July 2nd to confirm the order and get the time of delivery which would have been for the next day (Saturday). Kevin and his team were GREAT! Not sure the name - he is in the 1st picture below on the left at the bungee jump and he was absolutely amazing with all of the kids. He was smiling and so energetic. Very solid first time experience with the company. I was able to make a reservation the day before the party without an issue. Darby Peter and his partner showed up and did their thing. Quick, efficient, and very professional. Explained how everything is set up and how to work the equipment. Made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed and handled. We had an amazing experience this morning when the kids surprise bounce castle with water slide arrived. The associates, Frank and Mikey were unbelievably awesome. Not only were they prompt, great communicators, and friendly to work with, they also make my kids feel like it was an unbelievably special day for them. Literally the kids are on cloud nine. I cannot say enough good things about this delivery and set up and we are very excited for a weekend of fun in our USAA inflatable. Thank you again to Frank and Mikey! I used them for my son's birthday party last weekend. I ordered and paid for just one day. They called and asked if it'd be ok to drop off a day early and pick up a day late. That worked for us, so they did and we got extra bounce house time for no additional money. We also rented a cotton candy machine... so having an extra day to practice and learn cotton candy making was super helpful. They called with a 30min warning for drop off and they didn't require us to be home for the pickup. Overall a pretty good experience.

Great vendor for Bounce House as many of us from Housing at the UMN have worked with USA Inflatables! My original vendor dropped last minute and did not want my business, USA Inflatables were able to take an order pretty last minute and accommodation for a super late pick up for a minor fee.
Only trouble I had is that my delivery people came super earlier than I have intended. It was because they have delivery that was extremely far away. When they delivered they did a quick set up and a good wipe down to ensure the bounce house was clean and stake down.

USA Inflatables was something else. The only good part that was satisfactory was the delivery. The guys were quick and professional. NOW, the sales department, what a disaster. The lady charged me for somebody else's inflatable reservation and then tried charging me for mine. Due to her overcharging for somebody else's I didn't have enough in my account to cover mine as well. She kept getting a declined credit card (without my permission to keep running it) therefore having my bank account frozen!! When I addressed the issue, she argued with me!! It was great. I got an extra day with it because of what day it fell on to install. They quickly set up in a great location. They knew just where to put it so it wasn't in the way. I didn't even know they were here my backyard. And they took it away without me even knowing either. But that was great for me.

I've had nothing but great luck with these guys. We've rented inflatables 4 or 5 times and every time has been absolutely perfect. The prices are reasonable, the drivers are nice, helpful, and efficient, and we've usually gotten to keep the inflatable until the day after the event we reserved it for, which extends the fun even more. The equipment has been clean and in good working order, and the kids have always had a blast. I have rented moonwalk jumpers (inflatables) about 10 times in the past 7 years from local Twin Cities businesses with great success and lots of fun. I thought I'd try USA inflatables this time, since I had a coupon I received in the mail. I'm extremely sorry I did. USAinflatables.com delivered a dirty, musty smelling jumper that kept collapsing on the kids. It was dangerous, dirty and when it did stay up, the kids kept hitting their heads on the top of the roof. I called and stated my concerns, they sent out a couple young guys who deliver the units to check it out, they agreed with
