I have enjoyed my experience with MSF so far (3 months in).I really appreciate the helpfulness and patience of the trainers. Each one of them teaches me something new at each session. They are great at explaining the physiology behind the workout on each machine and they take great care to make sure that I am moving through my reps safely. So far I have had training sessions with Mike, Shelby, Becca, Robin & Cassie and they have all pushed me to do my workouts to my full potential.

All of my workouts have targeted upper and lower body as well as my core. They are always varied and I feel energized after each session. All of the sessions are challenging. I really look forward to my twice weekly sessions.
