Mr. Solorio is first generation Mexican-American and was raised in California. He moved to the state of Kansas in August of 1996. Mr. Solorio is bilingual in Spanish as his family is originally from Michoacan, Mexico. Mr. Solorio understands his clients' struggles since his own family immigrated to the United States for a better future and for better opportunities.
Solorio & Avila Immigration Law Firm strongly believes in giving of their time and expertise to their community. Both Mr. Solorio and Ms. Avila believe in supporting the mission of various Latino non-profit agencies and provide pro bono legal services at various events in the community.
They participate on a monthly basis at the Mexican Consulate in a free open know your rights presentation and have traveled with the Consulate throughout Kansas and Missouri to provide free legal consultations.

Our office is located at 5400 West 58th Terrace, Mission, Kansas, 66205. We are located just one block Northeast of the corner of Johnson Drive and Nall (behind Radio Shack and UPS). Approximately 5 minutes south of I-35 and the 18th Street Expressway/Roe Avenue exit. A private parking lot is located to the rear of our building.

Janell is always very pleasant, understanding, and is on a roll. When I say this she is very organized and gets things done paperwork/customer calls/returns documents asap. She works really hard and is honest and upfront with everything that she tells you... Other then not being able to call her if a question pops up in mind, her Secretary either Ivette or Nancy has to take the call (I HATED THIS)!! But all in ALL, I STILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND MRS AVILA TO TAKE ON YOUR CASE OR HELP YOU. Mrs avila explained the steps and options at our consultation and makes prompt replies to emails throughout the immigration

Solorio is the absolute best! Not only was he able to provide assistance to my parents in becoming US citizens but he was also able to help my husband do the same. My parents are elders and my father has a learning disability. Even though my parents have been in the state 30+ years their English is limited. So he had to overcome many obstacles in… order to help their case. He handled their case professionally and kept them updated regarding their case. We also recently used Solorio for my husband’s case and thanks to Solorio and his staff he will be sworn in before the end of month

I absolutely loved Solorio. Being a new wife and mother and waiting 2 years for my now husband to get back over here from Mexico, he got his residency within 5 months and for very affordable money. I have heard some horror stories about lengthy waiting times and money but we will always return for our needs and definitely recommend to anybody. Thanks again for everything!!
