This is the best place I've lived.. I've never have had an office manager treat us with more respect.. Kar has gone above and beyond to make our experience here comfortable and with out issue. 10/10 recommended place to be.. If you're considering moving here don't give it another thought just do it.. Vanessa is also amazing I don't know who could do a better job running this place then this power team.

Central park villas is an amazing place to live. The staff is great. The manager Karr is such a sweet and caring person. She really does go above and beyond for the tenants. I truly appreciate her.

I am headed into my sophomore year of college, which means I haven't done this a long time, so I don't have much to compare it to, BUT it also means I have so many questions almost all the time. Kar is absolutely amazing. She answers my questions patiently and in a way that makes me feel taken care of and truly cared for. Whenever I go and have a question, we often talk for 15-20 minutes! Kar works so hard and goes above and beyond what I could imagine or hope for in an apartment manager. Kar makes living at the CPV more than just an apartment complex, but a community. This place has been so great to live the past year and starting on the second year. I moved from out of state and stay here for college and they make it a place that feels like home. It's so nice to have somewhere to live where you can feel safe and comfortable.

I would recommend checking these apartments out. Kar and Vanessa are incredibly nice, friendly, professional, and responsive. If you have questions they are very knowledgeable and no BS. We have lived here 2 1/2 years. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. The maintenance supervisor is very proficient in his response to any issues we have in our home. The parking lot is very well lite at night to make us feel safe and secure. We enjoy all the fun activities that they provide for us during the year. The 24 hour fitness gym makes it easy to work out when ever we need. I would recommend anyone looking for a place to live, to call the office for a tour
