A plastic surgeon is a doctor who has undergone years of additional specialty training in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery following their general surgery residency. This additional focus on plastic surgery provides physicians with a comprehensive understanding of the relationship between muscle, bone, skin, underlying organs and anatomy throughout the body.
Our staff members are all hand-picked by our board-certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Yarinsky, to assist you with all your cosmetic medicine needs. We care about you! Our patient coordinators Linda and Brianna are here to take your incoming phone call, assist with scheduling your consultation and surgery, and with financing your procedure.

Overall experience was great! A few quirks along the way but Dr. Yarinksy and his nurse Holly are the stars of the show! Dr.Yarinksy made my expectations come true and Holly was always there for support and comfort! Dr. Yarinksy answers all questions, explores all options with you and has many steps to his process for the best results! I do recommend Saratoga Plastic Surgery for any future plastic surgery needs! There are not enough words for how amazing my experience has been with Dr Yarinsky! I had a breast lift and augmentation done and the results were beyond my expectations.
