Barry and the rest of the Hoopers are fantastic. They build a great product and the customer service is top notch.

Went there for service work for trailer. They are primarily a trailer manufacturer. Could not work me in at the time. Weather and employee count has them many weeks behind. Very helpful & friendly however. I would return again if needed & could leave trailer for a while. They did show me a trailer similar in weight class to mine (10 ton) that they seem quite proud of. Roughly same cost as my current one and looks rugged enough to handle a large skid steer. It weighs 1/2 as much as my 8 tire trailer which is a big towing advantage.

Awesome group of people they are like one big family. Every trailer is designed , built & sold off this location. They have 3 locations, Monticello ga, Griffin & Carnesville ga. I’ve had my Trailer for I’ve a year now & it’s still like brand new. The only the their trailers lack is the option “self Drive

I ordered and had built a 2016 Hooper 31 or 32 ft double axle dual wheel equipment trailer. Within a month and only 2 or 3 uses, the welds where the Hydraulic ramps were connected to the trailer started to break and would start pulling the bracket apart. I contacted the owner at the Monticello office and sent him pictures of it. He said he would send me a $100 dollars to take it to a welder or I could pay for shipping from Arizona back and forth to Georgia and he would weld it. Almost $17,000 for a trailer and this is their customer service. Nevertheless, It cost me $1,200 to fix the entire back

I will give them one star for their customer service. I had to order new axle leaf spring bushings for my Hooper trailer. Well multiple calls and being told every time they would ship them out and get them to me the next day, I finally received them a month later. And guess what, they were the wrong parts! One bad day I can understand, but multiple calls over 4 weeks and being told I will have my parts the next day is ridiculous. I will go somewhere else next time when I need my parts.

Great people, needed to replace an axle on a old trailer. And they told me exactly what I needed in a hurry. Everything fit just the way it needed to. Would recommend Hooper trailers for your trailer needs
