Services
Full Service Vacant Home Staging Packages include a discovery consultation, staging plans, setup, all furnishings and decor to furnish the property, plus destaging after 45 days. Additional weeks can be purchased after initial rental period if needed. Partial Vacant Home Staging Packages include a discovery consultation, staging plans, setup, all furnishings and decor to furnish specific rooms or areas of a property, plus destaging after 45 days.

Cami did work in the property, beyond my highest expectations! She worked with her assistant from sunup to sundown and the result was fabulous! Each and every person who has walked through the home has commented on how fabulous the home looks! She has the "eye" and the talent of a top designer! I highly recommend her and she can send her prospects to me anytime to hear about her very professional abilities!

Cami Householder takes great pride in her work. She has an appreciation for architecture and space as well as an internalized color palette which allows her to enter a space and instinctively know exactly what will look good where. I worked with Householder Homes Staging when we first arrived to island. I saw some of Cami’s staging work and since it fit my style perfectly I asked her to draw up some plans for our new home (I used her staging more for interior design for my new home). She nailed it! She was easy to communicate with, created a very professional layout that was easy to follow and even provided direct links to items that would fit each plan. What an amazing job they did. Many many comments from the many offers we recieved all saying how much they fell in love with the photos and so they rushed to see the property in person. We received multiple offers over asking price and 5 of them were 15 - 20k+ over the adjusted higher asking price. Worth every penny. Thank you so much for making our sale such a success!
