We just had the pleasure of getting to do business with Northwest Septic Service. Absolutely every step of the process of working with NW Septic was exemplary. We had some sudden septic system problems, and within minutes of sending them our "call for help", they responded to us in such a professional, friendly, caring, communicative, "we-are-here-to-help" manner. They are so obviously committed to excellent customer service - something that feels so rare to experience 'these days'. Thank you. And, as if that wasn't enough they arrived ahead of schedule, and immediately knew exactly what to do

I highly recommend this business. We had a septic emergency and they were more than willing to adjust their busy schedule to accommodate our needs. They were not only able to come out on a short notice, but they were able to fix the problem as well as check our system and ensure everything was running properly. The office staff was very pleasant to deal with when scheduling and paying the invoice. In my opinion Northwest Septic Service went above and beyond. We will definitely be doing business with them again.
