My sister took her wedding ring in to get her setting fixed around her diamond. Her husband was fixing it for her fo Valentines Day. Rhonda the clerk helping said it would be sent out and nothing to worry about. Well my sisters husband picked up the ring brought it home to her she said this is not my ring! They took it in today she said this is not my ring i want my ring back!! Rhonda stayed in the back room and would not come out. I assume they were talking to the owner an older man he would not produce her ring. The ring they gave wasn’t even her size he just said he would size it? Why would

Paxtons was very helpful recently when I needed a gold chain for a gift! I'm social distancing due to covid, so they sent me pictures and answered questions over the phone before I purchased! Wonderful owners!

Said they could remount my grandmother's ring. Waited 2 weeks for them to call the day it was supposed to be done. Finally got a call after 5pm saying they couldn't do it. Total lack of professionalism! This was supposed to be my Christmas present. Heartbroken!
