Vallely Marine should do floor inspections on used boats. I bought an ‘09 boat in the spring of ‘21 and by fall it fell apart. It obviously had water damage issues prior to my purchase. I understand buying as is, however a dealer to not stand behind a sale at all or willing to help cover some costs is not a reputable dealer. There was no remorse that they sold this boat in this condition. Save your time and go elsewhere.

It is a shame that Vallely is the Yamaha dealer. I have yet to call and they have the right part in stock. To top it off, they charge shipping on every part they order. I don't understand how the Honda dealer can order parts for me quicker and with free shipping. Your customer service is likely why you couldn't make it in the snowmobile business. I will order all parts online from now on.

Overall good experience with valley sports and marine. The staff is knowledgeable and polite. I was not able the purchase the product I wanted, but something similar. Not the company's fault, but a supply chain problem. I docked a star because of the staff's unwillingness to heckle with the price. I guess some would see this as fine, but I personally think a guy ought to be able to make an offer and be considered.

Dana and the Vallely Sports and Marine team were amazing. I have been looking far and wide for a Bennington 22 foot Tritoon boat. Manufacturing has presented challenges in this area this year. Dana was a great choice for me. Dana was a excellent communicator, very knowledgeable about Bennington products and was helpful in the selection process. He delivered and always followed up our with informed answers to my questions and challenges. Highly recommend Dana and Ashley was also extremely helpful. Vallely sports and marine are differentiator in their business. Make the drive to Bismarck, ND.

I recently purchased a Lund Rebel XL Tiller model from Vallely Sport and marine, and couldn't be happier with the whole experience. It was a bit of a drive for me but worth every mile! I had my boat out last night and it performed flawlessly.

We brought our boat in for rewiring .When went to pick it up they had put a five prong adaptor on it,when the trailer came with a four prong adaptor. Which means we have to buy an adaptor for our vehicle so we can tow the boat??? No. Not just that, they argued about it, saying it needed a 5 prong. We've had the boat 5 years, never had a problem with 4 prong, worked perfectly. I highly recommend everyone take your boat elsewhere, totally unprofessional.

Wasn't impressed by the Service Manager, Tim when I first went in. Don't know if he was having a bad day or what. Came in a few years later looking at a few Yamaha dual sport motorcycles. Ended up buying a new 2019 Yamaha XT250 and already put 2,350 miles on it as my daily commuter. Breakend period at 600 miles and have had no trouble with it except the speedometer us off my 7 mph found about 200 miles in. Brought it up to service center and they pretty much told me it couldn't be fixed, not sure about that as it was a brand new motorcycle.

I just bought a street bike from Vallely. Dana and Ashley got me squared away in less than an hour from when I walked in. They didnt put any pressure on me to buy and seemed more excited for me to enjoy my bike than they were to sell it. Ashley and Dana are very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. Will buy from there again next time.

My wife bought a new Yamaha TW200 but decided to sell it after only 600 miles.
She took it to Vallely Sport & Marine for servicing. They charged her $100 for an oil change on a bike that only takes one quart of oil.
They also installed the wrong oil filter that cut off oil supply to the top end and fried the motor
They disassembled the motor and had no clue what was wrong. I researched on the internet and brought to there attention that they had installed the wrong oil filter.
They said they would fix it. This was mid July by the end of September I went in and raised so much hell they kicked

Worst service I have ever had at a service department. Retail side is good.
They had my side-by-side for nearly two weeks and didn't lay a finger on it. When asked about it, they stated,
"Our boss wants us to focus on the quick-turn, easy items. Yours will take a while to complete so we may not get to it for another week or two."
Excuse me, WHAT!? Since when does calling in for an appointment to get an item serviced mean "bring it in and well continue to kick it down the road until we feel like working on it?" I ended up taking it to one of their competitors
