The thing i love most about VinTech is they respond back immediately. Anytime we are having any problems they will remote in and get it done within minutes. We’ve had other camera companies but we never had quick service like this.

They went above and beyond, on time very knowledgeable. Said what the were going to do and did it, even looked at stuff previous installers did. The list goes on and on, very professional and also did a follow up visit and call to make everything was working properly. I should also say I’m the most particular guy around. Sean and his team are OUTSTANDING!! I rarely write reviews for anything, but I am compelled to spread the word about what a team of helpful, knowledge and professional these guys are. They recently installed some video cameras at our house, and not only are we completely satisfied with the results, everyone at Vintech was very courteous and more than willing to address all of questions and concerns. As anyone is these days, my condo association is very cost-conscious. We received several bids for the work we needed and Vintech was able to beat them by far. They were really willing to help us and achieved a lot of savings even with upgraded products. Vincent and Blanca have been very attentive and easy to work with. Vincent was even willing and able to retrofit some of our older cameras with newer wiring so we're set for future upgrades.
Workmanship -
Initially I was very concerned with getting a new security system because of all the added wires and equipment peaking

VinTech is such a great company. I have been recommending them to all of my small business owner friends who have security needs. I just switched from ADT to VinTech and will never look back. VinTech recently installed a new security system in my boutique location, and I love it! I already feel so much more secure than I did previously. I have a panic button, a glass break sensor, motion detectors and sensors on all of the doors. The door sensors include a chime so you can hear when someone walks through the door. I recently hired Vintech to install security cameras in my optical store. Blanca was very helpful with the proposal process and answering the many questions I had. The installer, Kyle, showed up on time and installed the camera system very quickly and neatly. He then showed us how to use the system. I was very pleased with the experience and would highly recommend them.

Shocking to read the good reviews on Yelp for VinTech. I tried in vein to set up several appointments to meet with someone for a site survey and quote. I had one tech cancel on me an hour before his scheduled visit (great thing that all I do is sit at home each day for such things; can't imagine I have a job that I took off from for the appointment....).
I subsequently exchanged several emails with John Feeney trying to get some information. Each time it resulted in a reply that promised a follow-up call... Finally, I have given up completely.
