Winnie was so helpful and responsive to all of our needs! We needed tables and chairs to host our own rehearsal dinner before our wedding. She worked with us to ensure the timing of pick-up and delivery aligned with so much going. The prices were competitive with other party rental companies but the customer service/attention to detail is unmatched!

Winnie was very helpful in ordering what I needed and very much communicated with me on when they'll deliver the items as well as pick up. The pricing was very affordable.

Unfortunately I have used WINSET for 5 years. We hosted a baby shower and our tables and chairs were delivered to the wrong house.
The owner Winnie never offered to have her driver to pick them up or get them sent to our home.
Winnie did not apologize for this mishap or inconvenience.
I am not one to complain unless the service is that bad but I will be finding a new party supply company as they have lost a customer and Referral partner for good.

They were quick to let me know what they had and get it reserved. The price was very reasonable and this was seriously the most amazing slide to have at our party for the kids and adults! My daughter had the best birthday! The drop off and pickup were great and no issues at all. Definitely recommend the dolphin water slide if you have a pool it was amazing!

Had a pretty bad experience 1st they showed up with the wrong panels for the jumper luckily they made that right before the party but then they drove a hold down stake through one of my sprinkler pipes when we asked them if they would take fix it for us she said let me ask somebody and then never called us back.

Booked a jumper for Halloween and the experience was great. Booking process was very easy. I sent a quote request and they responded back very quickly. We confirmed details and I was booked. Minnie was in communication regarding drop off and pick up. We paid at time of the delivery. They offer the best prices around. Can't wait to book again.

Winnie was very professional during initial order. The prices are very affordable. I Ordered the Adventure combo with pool the delivery was on time her helpers are well respected and kind and they went over the instructions prior to them leaving. Will definitely be ordering from her again in other occasions !!!

Winnie was so great. I ended up needing some rentals at the last minute and had to call a bunch of different companies. Winnie was by far the most accommodating. She called me back right away, texted me a quote within minutes, and was really great about communicating back and forth. I would recommend Winsett Rentals to everyone!
