We were having good service until the driver Rick took advantage of our kindness to him.
We were scheduled to go to four wineries. At the third why is he pulled myself aside who had no knowledge or understanding the contract and asked if we should go to tin city instead of our last winery and extend it by an hour. He did not give us any indication of the price difference and decided not to tell us about it until dropping us off. While we should've asked him he took advantage of the opportunity that we were drinking and did not indicate price difference to us. When we called to inquire about it

Best experience! Took my staff on party bus to the Melodrama. Driver was on time and provided great service. Bus was sparkling clean and stocked with water, ice, champagne. Dope sound system and strobe lighting which the group had a blast with. I also loved the automatic confirmations via text message and email which i find very convenient being kept up to date throughout the whole process. Thankyou for taking care of all the details so I could relax knowing everyone would get hone safe and not have to drive.

I used Elegant Image Limo (Derek Stafford) for two events in one weekend. The first event was Friday night Cave Dinner & Sensoria Light show. The 30 passenger van was at our pickup spot 20 min early and Rick the Driver text me to let me know he was there. We left on time, and were on time the entire rest of the evening. It was great! Then Rick showed up the NEXT morning, again 20 min early, for a 9:30am pickup. We got all 30 people on the bus and on the road on time again. All day Saturday we were on time to our three winery tastings and early to our evening dinner and tour of the Firestone Walker
