I am one of Christian Holzman's tenants and he is an outstanding landlord. Repairs are always met within the same week if not the same day. He goes above and beyond to make sure his tenants are happy and safe. Not only is he my landlord but an excellent Realtor. The mortgage company I work for has done plenty of deals with him and he has made every transaction a smooth and pleasant one. Aside from Christian, all of the ladies in the office are very sweet and answer all of my questions thoroughly.
