Every patient at Bronsky Orthodontics undergoes a thorough evaluation to determine their orthodontic problems (diagnosis) followed by formulation of treatment objectives. An individualized treatment plan is then developed by Dr. Bronsky. The ultimate decision related to the appropriate treatment methods is made at a meeting (consultation) based on the recommendation of Dr. Bronsky with input from the parents and patients.

Services
You make the call: We trust parent's judgment. We do not require a referral from a family dentist or primary care physician. If you feel anyone in your family might have a problem, we will be happy to take a preliminary look. We will advise you if a problem exists and if and when it should be cared for.
At the first visit, the patient will be examined by Dr. Bronsky. He will review the health history, take a set of diagnostic photographs, and make a initial evaluation of the orthodontic problems. If the problems warrant further assessment, Dr. Bronsky will recommend an in-depth analysis utilizing x-rays and study models.
Complimentary preventative orthodontic screening evaluations by Dr. Bronsky give families honest advise about their children. Evaluations should be conducted at any age a problem is recognized - by age 7 is ideal. It is important that children have an orthodontic screening evaluation as part of their overall pediatric health care.
This additional training in the diagnosis and treatment of children, adolescents, and adults with a wide variety of problems, distinguishes the certified orthodontist from others. Think of it this way, if you have a specific health issue such as a joint problem, you see an orthopedic specialist and expert, rather than a general practitioner.
It is indeed rare for a doctor to maintain a busy clinical practice and still pursue significant biological research. Dr. Bronsky is that unusual exception who manages both. He is an active member of an internationally recognized university research team. This enables him to provide special insight into orthodontic diagnosis and treatment.

During a little league baseball tournament in Cooperstown, NY, something happened with my son's braces causing him severe pain. We called local orthodontists in the area and the only one who would see my son on such short notice was Dr. Bronsky. Dr. Bronsky was able to adjust my son's braces, ease his pain, and he was able to play in the next game of the tournament that very day.
Dr. Bronsky thoroughly explained what had happened with my son's braces and wrote a detailed explanation for us to take to our regular orthodontist when we returned home. We were treated very well and the entire staff
