Our family used Maverick Pumping for years (septic tank pumping and holding tank filter cleaning) and was satisfied until yesterday. My satisfaction plummeted radically when I called about our septic holding tank contents coming up through our basement floor drain (again).
This same thing happened a few years ago and Maverick said it was because holding tank filter got clogged. Maverick offered to clean the holding tank filter every six months for $45 and we contracted with them to perform this service. All was fine the past few years - until yesterday.

Maverick pumping sent me a postcard when it was time for my service. It said, mention this postcard when you schedule and we will give you $10 off your service. I called and was able to get set up right away. I wasn't able to be home when they came. They were very flexible and told me to just unlock my tank and leave my paperwork and check in a bag outside with a rock on it. That is what I did. I came home from work and it is all taken care of. They do a nice job and great customer service! Thank you!!
