I had an 11:00am appointment. I arrived at 10:50 with paperwork already filled out. Was told it's a 40 minute wait. A small room of people will (1) one doctor. Asked why. No reason, there is always a wait. Well that should definitely been said when making the appointment as I would not be here now. As I'm writing this, at 11:48, I'M STILL WAITING!!!! The only reason there is ONE star is I am not able to post without.

Dr. Smith removed a HUGE cyst from my face. It was as big as a plum and I was in fear of being disfigured. But he did ART WORK and as difficult as it was to take that lump out of my cheek, I had NO PAIN and now, years later, I have no scar!!! The incision was longer than one inch. He also took out a lot of other lumps, bumps and cysts and always did a great job. Thank you
