Had a membership in 2020 for a month and then moved away from Colorado Springs. After calling and emailing them for a few weeks, I finally got someone to answer the phone and confirm that my membership was cancelled. Then I forgot about it and looked into my bank statement over a year later and noticed that I have been paying $30 a month since then. Again, they don't answer their phone nor reply to their "contact us" option in their website and I am a thousand miles away. ***Please cancel my membership AND refund me!!!***

The good: Practically 0% chance of the rear wiper getting ripped off. Decent wash.
The bad: My rear bumper still isn't getting cleaned...even with 2 guys doing a quick scrub of the car before it goes through. I wish those guys would stop focusing on things like the windshield and focus on the places the car wash routinely misses.

I come here all the time to get my car washed. Its nice they have free vacuums. This is the first car wash i have been to that had a machine to wash your cars floor mats. The price for the monthly car wash pass and one time car washs are a little exspanive compared to other car washs.

I wasn't expecting much, because I typically hand-wash my truck, but I just wanted to knock the dirt off. Two gentlemen washed down my truck and scrubbed it before sending me through the car wash, which helped. It's not perfect - my wheel wells are still pretty dirty, but that's normal. I felt it was worth the $20.

I have tried four times to cancel my service with this company and they are still charging me. I went in four weeks ago (for the fourth time!) and demanded that they cancel my service, again. The guy pushed some buttons on the computer and said it was cancelled. I got charged again today. We're filing fraud charges because they can't seem to figure out how to cancel a membership, and like stealing people's money.

I'm leaving this review in hopes they change. I wanted to love this place and I've been a handful of time, but it's never been great, sadly. It's so close to my house, so I hoped to love it but $7 and my car is still dirty. As you can see from the photos, the windows aren't even clean. There is still bug marks and truthfully, there are less expensive (less than $7) car washes in town where they scrub your windshield before you go through. Please consider small steps like this to have better service. Also, your wash always misses the back area around my licence plate. Paying attention to what areas
