The Silverstone is one of our latest and most luxurious home designs. At nearly 5,000 square feet, this home model provides plenty of room to spread out. In addition to plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, the Silverstone has a four car garage, a wine cellar, and an entertainment center along with lots of other high-end amenities.

We love our Homes by Chris home! Chris and Roy were extremely easy to work with and we were able to customize everything just how we wanted. Working with a designer to choose colors and fixtures made the entire process very simple, and the result is stunning. We had looked at MANY homes in both Kansas and Missouri and didn't find the quality we were looking for until we met Chris.
Highlights: quality construction, high-end finishes, great floor plan, thoughtful design/functionality throughout the home, attention to detail, responsiveness to our family's needs and desires.

Chris and Roy Ragland have done an amazing job of growing a successful, unique building company. Chris was one of the front runners in bringing a new style to homes in Kansas City! She has a keen eye for detail and knows how to make a house feel like a home. She is very well respected within the Real Estate community. She is a leader in her industry and very active amongst the builder community. Chris and Roy work very well together in addressing all aspects of the home building process. Terrible, terrible, terrible! Terrible service, not at all professional or organized. Finishing work was awful. We ended up managing our own build job, not the builder that we paid a lot of money to! The model homes look nice, but they put their B team on all other projects! No following through, and terrible at time management. Choose another builder if you want a good product and a stress free experience!
