Most people think that a chiropractor pops, cracks or snaps back pain away, but there is so much more to the profession. In 1895 the first chiropractic adjustment was delivered to a man that had lost the ability to hear in one of his ears. Following an adjustment to his spine the man explained that his hearing had been restored.
While this is not the most common result of chiropractic care it is an example of one of the many conditions chiropractic care has helped over the last century. Neuro Renovations understands and seeks to find the underlying "Neuro" problem in order to clear the restriction and "Renovate" the nervous system.

Services
First you will be greeted at the front desk and asked to fill out some paperwork explaining your condition. Next you will meet with Dr. Mendiaz to discuss your condition in detail. Once he has a thorough understanding of the history of your complaints he will perform an examination that consists of; range of motion, palpation, orthopedic testing, muscle testing, a posture screening and a neurological evaluation.
There is a two-way communication between the skin & all the organs, glands, & tissue of the body. By stimulating certain points, the progress of the condition can not only be arrested but even reversed bringing the patient back to health with normal function. Huh? Yeah, think of it like this: there are little highways under the skin that transmit signals back and forth.
How does the education of a Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) compare to that of a Medical Doctor (MD)?. The educational requirements for the two different degrees are more similar than different. Both require a bachelor's degree to practice and about the same amount of total hours (DC-4,485 vs. MD-4,250) of education.
Whiplash is the act of hyperflexion and hyperextension of the neck or lower back, usually from a quick change in direction of the person's body. The most common example of this is from a car accident or a sports injury. The patient will usually present with limited range of motion and localized discomfort.
The outside of the logo has a set of wings. These wings are two-fold in that they can represent a phoenix rising up from ashes (of chronic pain) and they also represent those who protect others from harm or damage. Neuro = a Greek word used before a vowel; akin to Latin Nervus meaning neuron; combining form meaning "nerve, " "nerves, " "nervous system".

I've had lower back problems for years. I've been to other chiropractors and to family doctors. No success. Family doc just prescribed meds for pain and wouldn't give me a referral for a specialist. After a few visits, Dr. Greg had me standing, with no pain, for 30 minutes at church while we sang. Can't remember that happening in the last 20 years. Thanks Neuro Renovations!

I called after being told about how great they handle their patients. Was having a major back and hip issue. Got me right in, x-rays, and immediately started treatment. 1st time to spend more than 10 mins in a chiropractor due to Dr Mendiaz being so thorough. I received numerous treatments over a month, many being without an appointment due to severe pain. After following his instructions and treatments I feel amazing.. Great staff, amazing facility and treatment!

Called twice and left messages for an appointment with no call back. Only reason I got an appointment is someone else told them this. Get to the appointment, I haven't been adjusted, Mendiaz had not seen my X-Rays yet or discussed treatment of any kind before his staff was trying to get me to buy a 3 month plan. I asked if it was necessary to discuss this at that particular time, before seeing the dr, to which I was told point blank "yes". Will not be returning to a facility that puts $ over patient care.
