Chris Afetian was remarkable and very knowledgeable in helping my husband and I obtain our refinance with our new home. He stayed in touch every step of the way and continued to follow up. I was able to contact him via text when I had questions and he responded immediately. He also made sure all of what we were supposed to get back as far as refunds we got. I would definitely recommend him and Chaos loans to any veteran or prospective buyer.

From what started out fairly rocky, I will say this for the folks at Chaos. They have managed to make a sour deal into a good deal. Chris Afetian, a fellow vet, helped me when he had no no real incentive to help me. Chaos came back to me after a poor first showing and lowered my rate, and made the whole process a quick, efficient, and customer oriented process. I would recommend Chris and Chaos for a loan. They got vets in mind when they put you into a loan.

I'll tell you what as an MLO I LOVE this company name. I kinda feel someone lost a bet here. I wonder if it was between Chaos Home Loans, Foreclosure Home Loans, or Highest Rate Home Loans? I just completed a IRRRL with Chaos and I just want to say that Chris Afetian completely changed me and my wife view of Chaos. Our initial purchase using Chaos was not a good experience at all so we were very hesitant in ever using them again. Chris not only gave us the confidence to try them again but he also kept his word throughout the entire process. Whoever you are if you're going to use Chaos, you're in good hands working with Chris.
