Our complete line of Blister Sealing Machines come in a full range of sizes, stations with standard features and customized options to meet any need in the market. Models range from shuttles, to rotaries, to carousels and inline designs. From manual to semi-automatic to fully automatic, Visual Packaging has the right model to handle your production requirements.
Visual Packaging maintains a wide selection of reconditioned machines for sale. Most machines are FOB Dallas with a 90-day limited parts warranty. We are able to tool these machines as needed. Visual Packaging accepts selected used machines as trade-ins against new machines as well as making outright purchases of selected used machines.
Our KFS Shuttle and KFR Rotary RF Clamshell sealing machines provide sound RF sealing solutions to your clamshell sealing needs. Able to seal clamshells formed from PVC, PETG, RPETG, GAG and GRG PET grade films. Several sizes and options are available. Our RT Series Roller Die Cutters and VT Inline Automatic Die Cutters will handle a full range of low to high production requirements. Machines are available in standard widths from 22 inches to 54 inches. These units will cut a wide range of materials including skin boards, thermoformed films, cork, rubber and other applications where steel rule dies can be utilized.
