Packages include brown chaivari chairs with black pads unless otherwise noted, (White or Ivory chair pads.75 cents each) All Tables (round/rectangle), Kitchen/Buffet area, Stage, Lounge area, Free WiFi, Set up and break down. Build your own package: ADD Projector/screen, up lights, back drop, Speaker, Etc., available for an additional cost.

Overall experience was pleasant. Venue was perfect and my guests had a great time during my event. I would have given 4 stars, however there were some "unsettling issues" when I received my Damage Deposit back and there was monies deducted. Just make sure all of the reasons for not receiving your full deposit are clear before renting.
