Rci Solar is a horrible company. I contacted RCI in September 2019 to have them install addition solar panels to a system they originally installed. Tom Tommas came to my house and to discuss the reason why I needed addition pannels. I then used the solar quote to obtain financing. I was told they had a few jobs ahead of mine but they would have the additional solar panels installed by year end. Month after month I reached out to RCI and was assured that the would get my additions installed. It now Jan 2020 and I still have not heard back from RCI on a installation date. This is a horrible way

Just got our new system finished by RCI and could not be happier! Rob, Tom, Rick, and Sarah were great! Price was good and they did what they said they would do. We had some small issues during installation and the RCI team made sure it was handled and we were happy! I would use them again tomorrow! They are family owned and do what they say they will do!
