Dr Shine is amazing! She really listens to what you've got going on and helps you feel better. I'm on my feet all day and gave terrible posture. She gave me not only an adjustment but stretches and techniques to correct my posture. It's only been three appointments but I'm already feeling and standing much straighter!! Also, Stacy at the front desk is awesome!!

I cannot say enough great things about all of the doctors and staff! I first discovered them when struggling thorough my second pregnancy and I credit them for helping me be comfortable and have the birth I wanted. Now I still go and have been amazed at how well they are able to adjust my treatments based on my current needs. They are also amazing with my kids!

Love, love, love them! Dr. Shine is wonderful and does great work while also helping you to learn what to drop at home to help with any pain or chronic problems you may have. She has surrounded herself with experts as well so if by chance she doesn't know an answer chances are someone in that office knows. All of the staff is sor friendly, helpful, and supportive of the individual. They make you feel like life long friends even the first time you walk in. I'm sure they do great work with kids, and I know they are really family oriented so kids are even welcome at adult appointments. They even have

My 11 month old daughter has had constipation issues since the beginning, and we've tried everything - diet change, movements, the works. What we hadn't tried yet was chiropractic care. Hesitant as the first time Mama usually is, I got referred to Align, who specializes in Mama (pregnant or not) and babies. Here's how it went...
Previous routine: baby girl clogged up for 4-6 days, major stress for Mom and Dad. "Where does it all go???"
New routine: baby girl is regular and only skips 1, 2 days max and that is infrequent.
The only change we made? Chiropractor.
