Heather Presha is a phenomenal human being with real estate agent skills that go beyond measure. My family and I were so lucky to have found her to help sell my grandmother’s home after she passed. Heather Presha is a true humanitarian, she's kind, caring, supportive, knowledgeable, understanding, and a passionate professional. In October of 2019 I relocated from NYC to los Angeles saying in a weekly motel in Downey to escape the cold winter weather in new York for health reasons. Depleting my savings by the day. I had gone through 3 rental agencies and 4 applications fees with no results of securing an apartment. Heather helped me sell my grandmother's house in Inglewood which had been rented out to long-term tenants. We came up with a plan together that ensured the tenants found new housing.
