I had made an appointment almost two months ago with the owner Felicia and without any communication from them showed up to find my appt was changed to another therapist. The owner was there and had no explanation nor much apology for the problem! I was super disappointed! The place is soothing and beautiful but my experience thus far was not acceptable yet the owner seemed to think it was not a problem-for her anyway! Very upsetting and unprofessional!

Everyone at Ruby Sun is kind, welcoming, and very talented. The environment is very clean and soothing, and all the services are delivered professionally and with a personal touch. I have been receiving monthly massages here for the last 2 years and it's been the best experience I have ever had at a spa. I would highly recommend a massage here any day!

The Ruby Sun is excellent. I got an amazing deep tissue massage from Phillip one week and a fabulous Thai massage from Rachelle the next week. I'm officially hooked and will be a regular, rotating between them while I'm here. I have already recommended them to my coworker who also had a fantastic massage with Joseph, I think she said his name was. We would definitely go again and recommend them. It's a clean, beautiful, uncluttered, relaxing and tranquil space.

I absolutely love this place. Felicia is my healer!!! Lol A beautiful place with many options for self care. Very affordable, clean and a beyond friendly atmosphere. I’ve had massages and a reiki cleanse. Both… are life changing. I’ve now scheduled my boys for their sessions and can’t wait. Thank you for taking such great care of me and for reminding me that I’m worth it!

I saw Rachelle throughout my entire pregnancy every two weeks and she was amazing! I highly recommend seeing her for your prenatal massages. She was very knowledgeable, very kind and work on whatever was bothering me throughout the entire pregnancy. I cant express how much she helped me with my changing body. Best money I've ever spent!

I purchased two separate Groupons for a table top yoga massage and also a deep tissue massage. I went to my appointment for the yoga massage at the address to which I was directed on Ruby Sun's webpage, and no one was there. I was told that I should have ignored those directions and gone to the Mesilla address. Poor communications! Ruby Sun did not state on their Groupon offering that the only deep tissue therapist is male. They refused to cancel my Groupon. My review, therfore is not about quality of their services because I know nothing about that. However, I would never do business

What a hidden Gem! Won a Thai Massage with Rochelle at a silent auction and I was afraid I would not ever be able to use it BUT she is open on Sundays (insert hand clapping). Not only is Rochelle a positive enlighten massage therapist she is also understanding of time restrictions you may have and will do her best to see you. I have booked 2 more Thai Massages with Rochelle and bought 2 gift certificate for my favorite gal pals. The inside of Ruby Sun is relaxing and inviting, I can't wait to go back next week and look forward to solving some gift giving troubles with their nice selection

There aren't enough words in the written language to properly describe the wonder of this place. Felicia is kind and very helpful, and her energy and passion is evident in her store. I stumbled upon it by chance, and next time I am in the area I will definitely go back. I had a wonderful experience, and felt better than I had in a very long time; she is a born healer. If you're even questioning, definitely go!!!
