We've been fortunate in that Jim K. has done two projects for us. He constructed a 900sq/ft one bedroom detached granny-flat in the back. We moved later. He then constructed a massive backyard patio with a large steel pillars and it melded well with the existing architecture.
We are retired and V E R Y picky. If work isn't done the way that my wife and I like?...then fix it !!! I'm 65 and refuse to deal with the usual mediocrity. He answers his cell phone. Company owner=answers his phone...who does that!? He is interested in how the workmanship reflects on him.

Wow. That’s what I say each time I go into my backyard oasis or I’m cooking in my newly renovated kitchen. The team here went above and beyond and exceeded my wildest imaginations. Conquest is who you hire if you want your project done right! No cutting corners, costs up front before the work is done, and a neat and courteous crew. Not to mention Super talented. Marcos is incredible and Jim, the owner is so knowledgeable. We have used them for our home in Simi valley and even asked him to go to our vacation home in Big Bear to do a light remodel. The crew shows up when promised which is becoming more rare in construction these days. We were very happy with them from beginning to end!
