Formed in 1953, the purpose of the Credit Union is to encourage thrift and security and to provide a unique savings and lending service to its members. It offers credit at low rates and better than average earnings on savings.

A Credit Union is a not for profit Financial Institution whose mission is to provide financial stability and leadership to it's community and those members that they serve. A Board Of Directors establishes policies and is directly responsible for the Credit Union.

At United Local we strive to bring you the convenience and ease that you deserve! With our full line of E-Services you can access a wide range of services whether at home or on the go, 24/7! Deposits received on a business day before 10:00am will be available by 11:15am that same business day. Deposits received on a business day between 10:00am and 4:00pm will be available by 5:15pm that same business day.
To become a member of United Local Credit Union all you need to do is open a Savings Account with a $5.00 deposit and pay a one-time $25.00 Membership Fee. This makes you eligible for the many other benefits and services provided by United Local Credit Union. Formed in 1953, United Local Credit Union is federally insured by the National Credit Union Administration Share Insurance fund (NCUSIF).

Do not do business with this bank, I had to dispute over a overcharges, and overdraft Fees. I was given a paper to fill out. I completed form, and the bank manger or what ever her title there gave looks and signs to the teller to basically shred the form once i left because they where not going to help me. Most banks never give this much trouble over a dispute or fraud on an account, and i knew then, and there keep a vigil eye on the account and did not let any debt form any internet company process threw, but this bank would put holds on all e-commerce accounts and event checks, and after 5

I use to love this credit union. I've been with them 30yrs. But this mobile pay system they have is horrible!! They always send confirmation of my deposits and don't release them when they are supposed to. They say it's because their provider is 2 hours ahead of them. Well, then they shouldn't offer the deposit times if they can't fulfil them. If you say you can deposit before 10am and then before 4pm then I think a deposit that is made at 3:25 pm or 9am qualify! I end up having to wait until 5:30 Monday evening to get a deposit I made at 3:25pm on Friday.

I've been with ULCU for 30 years and they have always been wonderful ! financed several cars and my home though them, will always be a member there.

I can't remember how far back I go with UFCW. They have always been the nicest and helpful people I know. I want to acknowledge the one who helps me all the time, I know I must bug with lots of questions on the new system and who also reminds me of my payments. I have 2 car loans at a very good apr I would definitely keep on doing business with ULCU.. my credit scores have jumped over 100 points thank you ULCU for trusting in me... I'm looking forward on obtaining a small business loan in the near future thank u once again

The one line banking is terrible! I can not get on and of course the credit union is closed whenever I'm able to try to check my account! I'm about ready to take my money somewhere else. I'm so frustrated!

This credit union is horrible. I can never get a hold of anybody when I need to talk to them over the phone. They also hold my direct deposit instead of releasing it early. They are the only bank in Fresno that does that. I am switching banks.

This bank is unfair and doesn't care if they ruin you financially, they will ruin your credit if you fall on hard times. Never get a credit card from this terrible business.

I've had so many issues with this bank. First issue I had was when I traveled out of state. My debit card worked to check in bag at the airport and then as soon as I landed, it stared saying "declined" every time I tried to use it. I figured they had put a hold on my card since I was out of town and it might have looked suspicious. However, when I got home and inquired about the hold, they told me it was for suspicious charges that were made TWO weeks prior! Now, these charges were actually made by me, but if it had been a thief, they could have done A LOT of damage in those two

This credit union makes up things and charges you fees for. They will do everything possible to try and return a check so they can get their fees. I have tried to contact the board but am told that's not possible. I have physical proof of their practices and am thinking of filing a fraud claim. Take you hard earned money to a place that values your business. Stay away from here
