The GPS is kinda crazy on the exact location but it's hard to not see the building. It's huge. They seemed to have plenty of stock unlike some of the stores in the area. The staff was typical Harley staff. Asking to help if they could but not too pushy about it. I like the store shirts here compared to the others in the area. The shop is in the back and it's probably the biggest I've ever seen in a store.

Went to look for boots and met several new employees. All were very people friendly and that made the visit very welcoming. The store should attract more customers in the future.

Ms. Robin was very helpful and informative! Not only did she help with finding the right jacket, she also took the time to show me how to properly use it! Best customer service I have experienced in Texarkana!

If I could give a lower rating i would. Extremely pushey sales team that lied to me multiple times from telling me the price of the bike was going to go up to not taking no as a answer. The big thing was too they were trying to sell me a bike that I did not want and would not talk to me about the bike I wanted,and yes the bike they were pushing on me was more expensive. DO NOT BOTHER STOPING IN. Go to Paris harley davidson or the one in longview if you want quality and respect as a customer.

1st Harley Davidson and belated birthday gift to myself. Micheal was young no pressure salesman. Larry in finance dept. Made it really simple. Everything done start to finish 1.15min. sorry for the house shoes it was my day off. LoL

I must say, the staff they have now has restored some of my faith back in the dealership there now. For many years if you didn't look like money or have alot of money to throw at them. You didn't want to ever look at that place. But, now the staff there is much better, more helpful than it's been in many years. It's still not cheap but if u have an older bike and they can't get parts they can usually tell you where or who to see.

Now is the time if you're looking to trade. Unbelievable $ for trades. Easy negotiations on a purchase. Hell they'll even buy your bike for more than it's worth just to get inventory. This was my experience.

My family and I stopped by the Harley dealership in Texarkana on our way home from our vacation in Texas. We wanted to look around and stretch our legs! We was immediately greeted by some extremely friendly and helpful staff. The selection of clothes and shoes and items for your bike was amazing. Mike was the one that helped me and my boyfriend shop and he was so super cool and we spoke with him for a good amount of time (while we shopped) lol! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stop and shop! Thank you Mike for being such a great guy and hooking us up with some more Harley gear!!!

So I finally bought my first Harley-Davidson from this wonderful dealership and was just floored. Nice folks and really amazing follow up. It was an overall great experience and I'm so very thankful for their amazing customer service and professionalism! I couldn't be happier and I have a Harley-Davidson in my garage!!!! Was not expecting the service that I received due to previous reviews that I read. My husband even told me "we won't be going to that Harley" but......EVERYONE was so customer service friendly. I was greeted by the service department as that was the door that I entered though. They really make you feel like you are part of the family. The sales department was also great. My husband bought me a 2016 Fatboy Lo-S in August from the Fayetteville North Carolina Harley Davidson and I was told that we are now family and Texarkana Harley-Davidson proved it. I bought a 1 year old used bike here. Someone traded in from Oklahoma. I got the title in the mail and no one Notarized it so we had to mail it back. I was licensing it out of state. so I needed additional paperwork that I sent with the non-signed title and explain to them they needed to fill that out I get the paperwork back and it's blank when I bought the bike they charged me $125 for documentation fees and I fight for three weeks end up doing half of the paperwork myself I've never had such a pain in the butt with any other dealerships I've dealt with out of state before. I set-up appointment 3-weeks in advance to assure dealer had everything I needed including tires which they had a special on. Specified to parts man I wanted Dunlop Elite large white walls-no problem.

After riding more then 1 hour in cold drizzle to dealer I am told they do NOT have the tire I requested. In addition my clutch cable needs replacement but they don't have one in stock. They offered to order the tire and cable and poor girl at counter very apologetic but....why schedule maintenance and start working on bike if you don't have the requested parts to do the repairs?
