Worst experience ever! I am a cosmetologist. I know how to do nails and my experience here today was so horrible. I should of just taken the time to do my own nails but I decided to try somewhere new for once. Well lesson learned. I had a guy start my nails. My appointment was at 11. I showed up at 10:40. He didn’t start soaking my nails until… 11:30. I sat with my hands in acetone until 12 which shouldn’t of been that long. They kept taking appointments in between while I had an appointment! I finally got my nails started at 12 and didn’t leave until 1:15. I had the powder

I had the BEST experience last night at this place and I have been getting my nails done for YEARS! I got gel nails and toes done. My real nails looked so good!! Henry was amazing! He was very experienced, took… his time, fixed my nail that had broken done lower than my other real nails, understood what I asked and talked to me. I didnt get the woman's name- but she did an amazing job on my toes too!! Massaged creamed, paraffin waxed my feet! She didn't rush even though it was closing time! The customers that were there were very friendly too! This is my new place to go from now on! HIGHLY

4 of us went in to have our nails done for my wedding. everyone else's nails were very nice. however...I was the bride and mine looked horrible (the brides should alllllways look the best..you allllways have your best tech do the work!)and were not what i asked for. I wanted matte finish, with gems, I got glossy, no gems and not even the right… color!(color I showed him n color i got were 2 different ones! he told me it would be the right color when he put the activator on). I went back the next day and asked them to fix them. and they did..kind of....nails should not look wavy and bumpy
