Do not rent from this rental company they are unethical the umpqua Are inflested with fleas you are responsible according to this rental company to take care of it so do not move it they don't tell you this when you move it

No....i was looking for a place to rent. They wanted credit to be as good as when you are buying a house. Even with an excellent co signer and huge deposit.

Seem organized. Nice people. Just wished we could have things fixed without the long wait. We're just going to do so ourself ... Now our door won't lock right due to shifting.

I rented from them for several months and had nothing but issues with them. I was consistently talked down to and every person there was increadibly ageist. When I gave my 30 days notice I was subject to further attempts at humilation through comments about my age such as, "Young people just can't handle living in their own sometimes". I found this incredibly rude and unprofessional. The unit I rented was poorly maintained prior to me moving in. I had to ask repeatedly for repairs and maintenance. We rented from Centerpoint for almost 5 years before buying our house. It was the best rental experience, we had a yearly inspection, it was very easy. Management was very friendly, I would highly recommend them.

I would never recommend to anyone. If I could give negative stars I would. When Stacy was there, she was always nice to me. The receptionist they have now is always rude and short with me. Work orders never got done, home had a mold/mildew issue.
Good luck getting your security deposit back, they’ll find things wrong to ensure you owe them. Can’t get ahold of management, they are “unavailable” even if you can see them through the window.

Got part of the way through an application to rent from them. The lady (if you can call her that) at the front desk was very rude when I turned in the application. I had not brought the paystubs, identification, or application fee with me because I hadn't known that those were required at the time of turn-in. Perhaps I was a fool for thinking that I would be given a preliminary credit check. Either way, the employee at the desk in the office looked down her nose at me and told me that "if I had read the application" (which I had) I would know that those things were required at time

They have A lot of hoops to jump through and a little to stricks with rentals, but if possible they will do their best to get you in decent house. Sometimes a little slow with business and some there don't return phone calls on days promised.

Rented from this company for 8 months. Failed to come out to my property on numerous maintenance calls. Despite heavy cleaning before I moved out, I was charged $250 for carpet cleaning, wiping down light switch covers and mopping floors. I was told that I "apparently didn't clean the apartment well enough". Bottom line is I have never had a security deposit with held because i am meticulous when it comes to cleaning. We moved to the Roseburg area last Nov. & the Centerpointe staff was and continues to be welcoming, helpful, friendly & professional. Jennifer always greets us with a smile. When we have a problem or question, if she can't help us, she immediately gets the info to Steve. Steve has always been professional, adhering to Oregon regulations while using common sense & balancing the needs/wants of both the owners & the renters.
