America Family Law Center strives to provides family law help and assistance to individuals needing help resolving various family situations. Many situations involve family law and parental rights. The organization's primary focus is on children and their relationships with their parents. Understanding how to navigate a divorce, child custody, child visitation, child support, and parental rights can be overwhelming.

Services
America Family Law Center strives to enhance the lives of children and families through education, assistance, and access to justice. America Family Law Center believes that when children are raised in a loving, nurturing and supportive family structure, it benefits both the children and our community.
The fee for Client Services ranges from $0 to $380, and Client Services typically continues for an entire year with no additional fee to America Family Law Center. Client Services includes only those services provided by the offices of America Family Law Center.
Client Services does not include: an attorney going to court with clients; filing documents; payment of any filing fees; a process of service; fees for a process of service; private investigations; fees for investigative services; drafting legal documents; responding to discovery requests; subpoenaing witnesses; performing depositions; and others.

America Family Law Center operates various programs provide Texas family law assistance in all areas of family law. The programs primarily focus on helping low-income and indigent Texas families with a family law matter. Many of these situations are related to family law. By supporting the families, the organization, ultimately helps the child maintain a healthy environment to thrive.
A parent can seek to adjudicate parentage in Texas if they are a biological parent and have not been identified as a legal parent and get parental rights. It is essential to seek adjudicated parentage because this will provide parental rights in Texas to the adjudicated parent. Also, it is necessary to understand the steps to adjudicate parentage in Texas.
Many people cannot afford it. Therefore, they do not get legal representation. The primary reason for this is the cost of hiring an attorney. Lack of money creates a barrier to get traditional legal representation. Therefore, providing affordable family law critical. Since, accessible family law allows people to get legal help, regardless of income.

Flat out didn't do anything for me at all. I had to draft my own stuff. They wanted more money to speed things up, but then it's the holidays so it didn't matter on time frame anyway. I got a loan to pay them and it was all for nothing. And there are no refunds even if they didn't do anything. GET A REAL ATTORNEY!

Took my money and then had no communication with me. After calling for 2 days I finally had a call back and the lady was EXTREMELY rude and argumentative with me. When I asked to speak with her supervisor she tried telling me no multiple times. They also are refusing to give me my $300 back even though they have done absolutely nothing for me and have absolutely no documentation on my court case. All that has happened is them saying yes they accept and I need to pay. They havent done anything on my behalf so therefore a refund shouldnt be an issue yet they are refusing. They also dont file anything

I was mislead by this team! Didn’t realize until the next day! Read the fine print!!! If they say they will take half payment upfront and help you that I’d lie. They will take you half payment and tell you days later they cannot start in your case until amount is paid in full. I tried to just cancel after one day and they said no refunds! Be careful with their services.

I contacted them 1 month ago when they had me leave a review before even getting off the phone with them. It has now been 1 month they have taken almost $700 from me and have not contacted me about anything. I have called multiple times with only getting no one is available to take your call. They send me a txt saying I have interview today. When i answer the phone with hello I was hung up on. Very poor communication with this law office. I will be blocking there payments from my bank account until somebody decides to actually speak with me.

Wish I had read the reviews . I haven’t paid anything yet thank god. Anyone know how to go about getting my future payment cancelled . Or should I just have my bank block any incoming transactions . They’re not getting a dime from me . I can’t even open up the documents they sent me . I just signed them a few hours ago. How convenient 😂
