Child Care Junction (located at 1111 S. Linn St., Boone, IA 50036) is a non-profit child care center offering quality early care and education to children six weeks old through age 12. Since 2004, we are proud to have enhanced Boone County's ability to develop and sustain a nurturing and supportive community culture that is committed to children.

Services
In 2004, Child Care Junction was founded through Boone County Empowerment to address a key community need - quality child care. With extensive community support, the Goldthwaite Garvey Family Resource Center was built, housing Child Care Junction. Attesting to Child Care Junction's history of community partnership, the Family Resource Center is also home to two other partnering organizations - Drake Head Start and Beckwith Adult Day Services.
Child Care Junction offers quality early care and education to children six weeks old through age 12. Children of all backgrounds are encouraged to attend. The center is open Mondays through Fridays from 6am-6pm. Our Two's/Three's Room serves children who ae older two year olds and younger three years old.
Since its inception, Child Care Junction has been committed to the highest level of child care and early education. Currently, we have obtained a "Four Star" Rating (out of five stars) on Iowa's Quality Rating System. Child Care Junction is diligent in its efforts to achieve excellence in its child-centered service, professional development, and its connection to families and the community.
We encourage parents to phone Child Care Junction to discuss enrollment opportunities and set up a classroom tour. This opportunity allows parents to see our child care center fully. Should we not have an opening for your child at the time of inquiry, the Director will submit your family's information to our waiting list.
Child Care Junction prides itself on the mission to provide quality care with an educational curriculum, by early elementary educated staff at an affordable rate. Viability and sustainability are only possible when a careful balance of quality and affordability is obtained. Only through the dedication of Boone's community-wide financial entities is this balance possible.
