Van's Institutional Pharmacy has been serving patients and facilities in West Tennessee for over 15 years. We are licensed in the states of Tennessee, Arkansas, and Kentucky, and provide services for patients of long-term-care facilities, assisted living facilities, and supported living homes across the mid-south.
When it comes to disease prevention, immunizations are key. Getting vaccinated protects you and those around you. Our main focus is to help you and your loved ones stay up-to-date on the recommended vaccines. We offer a variety of immunizations. Our highly qualified staff can easily administer these immunizations here at the pharmacy or on-site at your facility.
As a long-term care pharmacy (LTCP), we provide medications and consultant pharmacy services to long-term care facilities such as nursing homes. As a LTCP, we provide continuous access to a pharmacist as well as offer emergency delivery of medication. Our main focus is to ensure that patients have access to their medication therapies in a timely manner.
