Airlite Plastics
At Airlite, we operate with a great sense of conscience and responsibility. Like you, we believe in ingenuity that benefits the greater good - not just the bottom line. Whether it's pioneering IML packaging, oxygen barrier containers, or HPP applications, we've never stood idle in our industry. We tend to lead and let the rest follow.

We offer a variety of in-mold labeled containers with an EVOH oxygen barrier layer to avoid product spoilage and extend shelf life. Airlite has a proven, industry-leading portfolio of in-mold labeled (IML) and round containers, lids, and drink cups at-the-ready. Our team can provide custom graphics, package design, engineering, and marketing services to help your product catch the eye and last longer on the shelf.
Services
Airlite produces over 2 billion molded units a year - each one 100% recyclable. But the truth is, entirely too much recyclable plastic material still ends up in landfills. So we've made significant efforts and partnerships designed to educate and inspire post-consumer recycling efforts. Through constant research and development, we've been able to dramatically reduce the amount of resin used, and therefore the weight of our Airlite products.
For decades, Airlite has been well-known as an innovation leader of our industry. We don't just talk about innovation; we weave it through everything we do. No one else will step out on a limb like Airlite Plastics to embrace a new and better way. We aren't afraid to fail, and that's been the key to our success.
Airlite is a privately-owned packaging company, and we live to delight our food and beverage partners. It is our first priority to become a subject matter expert in your industry so that we can tailor solutions to help you achieve your objectives. We're a quick, inventive and flexible partner to our clients.
Our traditional round containers have long been, and continue to be, one of our most popular product lines. These are ideal containers for deli, dairy, ice cream and many other solutions in food service. We have a large variety to choose from with sizes ranging from 2 oz to 172 oz and diameters from 3 to 9 inches.
Our creative team of engineers collaborates with our clients to develop proprietary, custom package designs that stand out from the competition. We've designed very modular production lines that enhance our custom small-batch capabilities. Without building brand new molds, machines or robotics, we can introduce a new product just by making a subset of existing cores and cavities.

Arrived at 10:45 am for 2 pm pick up, was ONLY truck here. Currently is 5:28. Have watched as other trucks have arrived and departed as I still sit here waiting. I will spend more time on the dock than it will take to drive the load to the receiver. This company takes no pride in their work or value proffessional drivers and the job they do to deliver THEIR product in a timely proffessional manner.

Place is an absolute joke! I’ve been here over 8 hours and still waiting. Was told 3 hours when I got here! This place is a disgrace. Absolutely unacceptable! If they refuse to pay detention I’ll unload it at the dump! Unreal!!!!

Came to pick up a preloaded trailer, asked the guy which number he needed, he put his fingers up to his temples "hmmm, not getting it not a mind reader." OK, do you need the trailer number, the bol, or the po number? Rude, looked like a Sontaarnan, hope I never come back to Nebraska!

Companies should be penalized for poor shipping and receiving. They have put in 2 skids per hour so far. Inexcusable! If they are making the product to put in the trailer, drivers should be informed of the wait time and reason. Not to mention, if in that case, appts. should be made in accordance.

Currently working as production packer. Best factory job I've had. Third shift almost always needs more production help. Airlite seems to be consistently gaining workload and endeavoring to improve standards. If you're looking for steady employment and have strong work ethics, apply here.
I can't comment on the wage rates or warehouse environment, since I don't have experience in those areas. Hope this helps job seekers.
