The front desk lady, besides reluctantly getting off her A$$, was extremely rude and unhelpful. When I was trying to clarify my question, she rolled her eyes and said "do whatever you want." Go anywhere but here for better service and to answer any questions.

I dropped off an Amazon marketplace return worth $50 with a prepaid label and a week later USPS says it was never picked up. This makes me reach the conclusion that this facility stole it. Highly recommend staying away.

I had to have a pallet of items shipped to MN that weighed approximately 500 lbs. It was an oversized pallet and Kurt the owner advised he could come to my residence outside of Leander to secure the items and wrap it. He came the next day on time and secured the items better than when shipped to me. Due to my land situation, he had to do this in the sun next to my driveway so the shipper could pick up the pallet. He could not have been nicer and more efficient. He quoted me a ball park estimate range on the phone and when finished he stated it would be the low figure of the estimate. I paid him

The negative reviews on here are bizarre. The folks who work here have always been so sweet to me, eager to help me out whether its buying shipping supplies or sending stuff off, getting my mail from my mailbox or occasionally packaging up something for me. If you have to send something somewhere and have no idea how to pack it or get postage for it, leave it to these people and they will gladly help you out.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE! THE PAK AND SHIP STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND TOOK CARE OF MY RECENT PURCHASE FROM A LOCAL AUCTION HOUSE WITH EASE. THEY PICKED UP THE PAIR OF GILT BRONZE EWERS WEIGHING 40LBS AND PACKED THEM WITH GREAT CARE FOR THEIR JOURNEY ACROSS THE COUNTRY. THE EWERS ARRIVED ON TIME SAFE AND SOUND. THEY ALSO HANDLED THE PACKING AND SHIPPING OF TWELVE 19TH CENTURY ARMORIAL SILVER PLATES BACK IN 2018 AND DID A MOST EXCELLENT JOB THEN TOO. WHAT MORE CAN ONE ASK FOR THESE DAYS!!!! Absolutely terrible service! I visited the UPS Store at the "Pak & Ship Plus, 14900 Avery Ranch Blvd Suite C200, Austin, Tx" this morning to drop off a package. After handing the woman behind the counter my package, I asked for a receipt because A.) The item being sent was rather expensive and B.) I needed information from the receipt to send to the receiver of my package. The woman behind the counter was snippy and stated she would not give me a receipt for my package. I asked why not, her response was "Due to Covid". I asked - What has Covid got to do with me getting

Would not give a receipt for prepaid ups dropoff even when requested. Reason given was that due to covid precautions they dont want to handle the packages. I understand that ups probably only gives this business $1 for each dropoff package but still, its not a good idea to tick off future customers. I have used them previously to send fedex, dhl ups full price. Never again.

We have used Pack & Ship now for two years as our primary business address. We have been very happy as we depend on them to receive large shipments on a weekly basis. If I could leave negative stars, I would. On Sept 18, my husband and I dropped off a few packages. We were treated so rudely that I couldn't believe it. It was so bad, we thought she was kidding, but alas no. She is just that disdaining, snotty, put out, irritated and miserable.
And then, instead of using my fedex account to send a large package via standard ground as I requested, SHE CHANGED IT TO PRIORITY EXPRESS OVERNIGHT COSTING ME $474.96!! YES, you read that right. What normally would have cost about $60 has cost me $475. I am speechless.
We don't know what to do - but I will be reporting

So unimpressed with my one and only experience here.
Stopped in to ship some documents. Response was "sorry, our system is down." Ugh....annoying but oh well.
Asked for a UPS document folder and was told they charge for them... what??? When I corrected her false statement, she handed me a "free" UPS envelope. I asked her about an envelope with the built in plastic pouch and she said they didn't make them any more. Another lie...ugh.
I ended up driving to the nearby UPS store and shipped my documents lickity-split. And yes, the UPS person didn't hesitate to provide

Urgently needed to fax some documents for an escrow closing. First thing I noticed was how cautious and concerned Michelle was. (Not only for herself but other customers as well). She really enforced the mask requirement even tho some customers were annoyed by it. I applaud her for that.

Anyway, I was stressing because the fax numbers I had been given weren't getting thru. She tried numerous times for me all the while keeping up a friendly convo. Eventually we succeeded and I was on my way.

Thank you Michelle! Great customer service! and awesome looking out skills.

The counter lady (Michelle) is an incredibly rude person. I don't get how this place stays in business with her working there. I guess customer service doesn't matter in this industry as much as others, but I will gladly drive out of my way to avoid having to deal with her in the future.

My parents have been using the notary and shipping services directly with the business owner for a long time. They went yesterday and today to notarize and ship the papers. In both occasions the woman was very rude and unhelpful. While looking for another place for them to go, I came across another customer review that described similar bad customer service. Sorry Mr. Kurt, you just lost a few more customers today.

WARNING. DON'T TRUST THIS PLACE. I went in today to ask about a "lost shipment" which I had dropped off last month. Based off the reviews I'm guessing it's this woman Michelle because she was definitely rude. She wouldn't even make eye contact with me when I had asked her on how they track their shipment and she said that they aren't responsible for any of packages and UPS just picks it up. What kind of a business are you running if you can't even keep track of what people are bringing here and trust you with their product? Honestly I've been coming

Impeccable shipping. The best packing I have ever seen. I deal in art and antiques and I am very picky about my shippers. When I am mailing out of Austin, I will definitely use Pak & Ship again! Michelle and Kurt were very personable on the phone and handled my artwork crating like they worked at the Smithsonian. 5 Stars!

The worst place with the worse people you can ever do business for your shipping and pack needs. The older guy with glasses who appears to the owner is by far the worst unethical owner you can have. Has the worst customer service and employs people with those same skills. The lady who works with him (younger, brunette hair) is even worse. Every time I engage in any conversation to ask them a question regarding a shipment or item - they answer in the most rude way. Stay away from this place. Not worth the service or your money. They won't last. Glad to see I'm not the only one who rated

I came in to get a document notarized. The person doing it obviously had an opinion about the contents of the document because she showed it to the employee right next to her and gave her a look without saying a word - right in front of me! Can you say unprofessional? Besides that, the other reviewers are right - all of the employees are either rude or in a permanent bad mood.

I don't know what is going on with the lady at the front desk, but she is one of the most rude people I've ever met. I'm trying to have empathy because perhaps she has special needs, but she's just rude and toxic, exactly how other reviews have described her. I ended up leaving and refusing the give the business and my hard earned money. I ended up going to Walgreens across the street for passport pictures. They said that they get several customers per day who have walked away from Pak & Ship. The manager here really needs the take control; you're losing money

What a horrible place. The lady that "helped me" was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. I can't even believe she has a job. What a sad, miserable person. I sure hope she finds another job because this place will go under (again) if she continues to "work" there. I will never, ever mail from there again. I will drive to the MANY other mail places that are within minutes from here. Go elsewhere. I still can't believe how incredibly rude she was.

Been using these guys as the mail box for my business for several years. It has been a really good experience. I am usually greeted very friendly when I come in the door. If I have a package delivered, they usually are already on their way to get it, once I walk in. Always in and out quickly, even when I am sending a package out.

Almost all the people here are great except Michelle. She is a snotty lady that thinks she is better than everyone. Extremely sarcastic with a terrible attitude. Pretty much makes your interaction and needs a constant struggle. Get rid of this venomous lady! 3.5 Stars when she is gone. The place is convenient and has a nice selection of supplies but some of their prices are completely absurd. I understand a markup and that you need to make money but some of it is ridiculous.

Horrible! My company shipped medical instruments to this Fed Ex location for pick up . When I asked the man at the counter for the package he said "I almost didn't accept this because I usually charge a fee for FedEx pick-up." I told him there was no mention of this on the FedEx site when generating the FedEx label and he replied "well, I have to make money and will have to charge you for any other FedEx packages that are shipped here". I told him I would find another location. This was a middle-aged, balding man about 6' tall and made me feel like I had done something
