My withdrawal slip was returned, said they tried to contact me, but my voicemail was full. It has NEVER been full. They also sent someone else's mortgage coupon & $2,000 check to me. Now they also have a sign on the door saying NO MASK PREFERRED. So I had to remove my mask & put on 1 of theirs. Their masks are in a plastic bag, with everyone sticking their hand in the same bag. The employees are not wearing masks. At this time covid numbers are extremely high & we are being advised to double mask. Hope not to have to go back there any time soon. Very dissapointed..

We went to this local Credit Union to support our local business and we’re promptly told that we had to remove our masks. In the middle of an Omicron surge and everyone walking around unmasked! I am appalled. NEVER in the two years of the pandemic have I been instructed by any business to remove my mask. I left and will take my business elsewhere.

First thing first. I believe Michigan first is the worst bank I ever bank with. They don’t really help nobody. I try to get extend on my line of credit. They denied me. I’m like how? Everything is good on my end, score is over 700 points. I been banking with this Michigan first for 10 years. Time to find a new trust worthy bank.

I just think it is VERY UNETHICAL that this credit union requires you to take off your mask to enter for “security” in a PANDEMIC. If you want to secure your building I suggest Michael Poulus invest in metal detectors! Compromising civilians health by telling them to take off their mask is ridiculous. The security guard didn’t even offer me a mask until I was told they were available but was quick to harass me at the door and tell me to take my mask off. People have underlying health issues and they should be able to walk into any building and order a sandwich from the deli without being

Changed banks due to ridiculous mask policy that requires guests to take their mask OFF and keep them OFF when inside the Lathrup location. I didn’t take mine off because a bank security guard has no jurisdiction over my health, but I still switched banks to avoid the headache of dealing with Michigan first. Including their atrocious fees and poor customer service. The mask thing was the last straw

I can’t not stand this credit Union, DO NOT get an account here. I have had an account for 5-6 years now. I have 1 account, my wife has 1 account, and together we have a joint account. We’re CLOSING ALL 3, Monday morning and going to Advia credit Union. Advia assumed me that I would be taken care of better, they offer better rates, better credit card rewards and seem much happier to have me as a customer. Michigan first credit Union treat its employees god awful, they treat their customers even worse. Michigan first praises themselves with having “365 live” yet it takes HOURS/DAYS just

Do not bank here!!!! Stay clear. Bank does not hold to standards of others!! I have been in a dispute over fraudulent activity on my account, that happens back in July 2021 and still have not received any funds!!! I have talked too several individuals over the phone and have gotten the same run around. I have also asked for a provisional credit and have been denied do to an “on going investigating”.

I have been with Michigan First for a little over two years now--I'd always had positive experiences with credit unions in the past ( great customer service, generous loan terms, low fees) but this place is worse than an actual BANK as far as the fees and the level of customer service (or lack thereof). $20 a month just for the "privilege" of having an account. $3 minimum balance fee. Mobile check deposits take forever to clear--sometimes up to a week. I got rid of 5/3 Bank because of many of the same customer service issues I'm having with Michigan First, but even 5/3 would post deposits next
