In October, I hwad a really bad experience at this RV dealer. They were unwilling to negotiate and would not offer me what other dealers were offering. Salesman,
Dan, was arrogant and standoffish. Would never go back there.

We brought our daughter’s 26RB Airstream in on July 1, 2021 to have a few things addressed and everyone was great. Connor made the process easy and helped us figure out the warranty aspects. Jon really went above and beyond in helping fix the problems and even took the time to show us several "how-to" and tricks since we’re new to Airstream. The two gentlemen who help us with our back-up camera also did an outstanding job and went the extra mile to ensure the problem was resolved completely! Thanks to everyone at the Nashua location for being such awesome professionals!

Efficient, fast, friendly and professional are what comes to mind. While our Base Camp was in for quick recall repair for a bolt in the AC unit John was kind enough to show me around the inside of a unit on premises and answered all my questions. In 20 minutes I learned everything I currently needed to about our Base Camp and left with newfound confidence and knowledge. Thanks John! And, you guys still need a bigger sign:)

Went in looking for some parts for my Airstream and the employees working couldn't answer my questions, they said the parts guy was out. I left my information with them never to hear back. I've tried calling, no answer. I also filled out their online parts request, no reply. Overall bad experience. The employees I talked to were very condescending and didn't seem to really want my business. Their loss, I'll get my parts elsewhere.

Had the BEST experience at Airstream of Nashua, and in particular Matt in Service was incredibly kind, helpful and knew his stuff! We contacted Airstream of Nashua by phone prior to visiting. When we arrived Jerry was incredibly helpful, guided us through many models, and helped us find the perfect trailer for us. There were many options, new and some used models. We received good advice, and absolutely no sales pressure!
When we decided on our 22FB Bambi we got a delivery appointment coordinated to start our first trip to Michigan. At delivery we received an incredibly detailed walk through of all systems, full adjustment of the hitch to our loaded truck and good will from everyone we encountered.

I have a brand new 2019 Nest that I have had for five weeks. I bought it at a less than reputable dealer in Detroit and it came with a multitude of problems. About a week after I brought it home the Factory fit me in for a few of the major issues. I then required service when I set out on the road. A dealer in NY took a few minutes to get my fridge door to stay on😩. Yup, really.
HOWEVER, when I found myself needing more service (ie. The microwave receptacle was wired backwards.) it was Airstream of Nashua who fit me in the next day. They did an OUTSTANDING job of problem solving the microwave

Passing through New Hampshire and had iessue with my Airstream so I stopped by. I dealt with Dan and John, both of whom were extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Dan brings special expertise to the sales side in that he came to the position from being a certified Airstream mechanic. If I lived in this neighborhood I would be happy to call this my dealership.

I know....everyone gushes about their local service centers, but we have had an exceptional experience with Airstream of Nashua. We just picked up our 2016 26RBQ from Airstream of Nashua. All of the work done was terrific and carefully thought out and completed. Dan and Matt are real craftsmen. They seem to care about our Airstream as much as we do. Costs were modest and precisely what was promised. We have had various things done by a few dealers across the country and they are by far the best. I could not give a bigger recommendation for this team.
