The front desk lady had the absolute worst attitude of anyone I've ever met in the service industry. She was very rude and made an already difficult situation harder than it had to be. She tried to charge me for 3 days, but the car has only been there for 48 hours (as I'm writing this). The staff sat around and watched me struggle to open/move things in the car. It was just an overall bad experience. My daughter is lucky to be alive after that wreck and the last thing I needed was attitude from staff.
