River City Catering was formed in the spring of 2002, offering traditional catered menu selections as well as items featuring recipes developed by our excellent staff. Kurt and Barbara Enger are the owners of River City Catering. They also own and operate the four Cecil Whittaker's restaurants in St. Charles County and Creve Coeur.

We proudly serve barbecue selections from Stumpy's House of Bar-B-Que. Choose from one of two menu options: the Deluxe all-inclusive menu or the "Have it your way" menu. MEATS: Your choice of Pulled Pork, Ribs, Beef Brisket, Pulled Chicken, the World's Best Smoked Turkey or Andouille Sausage. SIDES: Your choice of three of the following: Stumpy's Baked Beans, Red Skin Potato Salad, Creamy Cole Slaw or Country-style Green Beans.
