All the negative reviews are true. Charge first, hold minimal inventory, delay shipments and refuse refunds. I ordered on 12/26/21. Got email regarding out of stock on 12/28/21. Found alternative product elsewhere and cancelled order on 1/5/22. Got email from them that day that indicated refund was "pending approval" that would take 2 days. Got email the order shipped on 1/12! Now they want me to refuse delivery and take my chances with their refund policy. They totally ignored the order cancellation and just shipped the product. Since they had my money, why not? This company

Skincare by Alana does not stand behind the products they sell and will not accept returns!! Buyer beware!!! I purchased Rhonda Allison Amino Peptide Serum which causes breakouts/acne on 56 year old skin!! Clogs pores!! Never had a problem with breakouts before. Used the product 2x and face had breakouts/acne on both sides. Seller (Skincare by Alana) refuses returns on substandard unhealthy products they are selling. $75.00 down the drain. What a waste!! Buying all of my products elsewhere in the future. Unprofessional business.

I bought a few products months ago. The products are good but I get so many emails. I have tried to unsubscribe for over a week but the link is broken. I have also sent an email to the company and have had no response. This is bad customer service IMO. I am able to get the same products cheaper elsewhere.

I regretfully purchased some June Jacobs product from SCBA and now I'm getting 5-10 emails from them DAILY. I have spent the last two weeks unsubscribing to no avail.
The pumpkin enzyme peel by a spa line from NYC is really great, but I'm so OVERWHELMED with the SPAMMING that it wasn't worth the purchase.
I didn't authorize or subscribe. I was told my email was needed for a receipt to be sent, ONLY.
I wouldn't buy again just to avoid the "blond blue eyed" images. I'm brown with green eyes and absolutely don't relate to their marketing.

I do not recommend purchasing from this site. I ordered a product and was immediately charged for it (before shipping). Then, several days later, after my VISA was charged, I received an email saying they no longer have the product. However, rather than issuing an immediate credit for the original purchase price, they said I had to "be approved for a credit" to be issued. So I sent several emails requesting an immediate credit to my VISA which went unanswered. Then placed several phone calls, only to be told that it would take another 48 hours for my "credit to be approved.

I have enjoyed ordering from Skin Care By Alana for over a year. Alana carries some wonderful products, and my orders always arrive within a few days and packaged well.
It is so nice she has an esthetician, Autumn on staff to answer skincare questions. Today I spoke with her about several skin concerns and she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful I am so appreciative how she took time to answer all my questions and truly seemed to care.

The unsubscribe on your website does not work... how many people have to tell you this before you fix the issue? Your response was insulting as if I've never unsubscribed before, it's generally pretty simple but your site is dysfunctional. Sending 3 marketing emails on a daily basis is a joke, learn some restraint please. I ordered one product months ago and now I'm inundated with numerous marketing emails every day.

Wanted to leave a review because I saw so many bad reviews about shipping/return policy stuff. My order was received and shipped very timely. It traveled USPS, so it took maybe a day or 2 longer than another courier. Nothing big, no complaints about shipping or the products being in stock.

I submitted a question on the website regarding a product I was planning to buy. Well I didn't get an answer to the question but I've been spammed incessantly with marketing emails from the business I never opted in for. And no matter how many times I unsubscribe I still get multiple daily emails. I would never do business with someone that treats customers this way. Feels more like a scam telemarketing company than a legitimate retail business.

I purchased a gift (on a Wednesday) and paid for priority shipping (2-3 day shipping) to ensure it would arrive in time for my mother-in-laws birthday (on that Sunday). The shipment didn't arrive and when I contacted the website (that following Monday) they said it is priority shipping at the time the product ships. I said I wanted a refund and they turned around and shipped it that day. I said I wanted a refund for priority shipping, and the company refused since it already shipped and would arrive 2-3 days from when they actually shipped my product. I placed my first order a couple of weeks ago. The product was VERY expensive on all the other sites but skin care by Alana had another option for me that was WAY less expensive.
The shipping was LIGHTNING fast and their customer service is unbelievable! I was not sure how to use the product so I contacted them and got a detailed email back explaining everything so that I could understand it. I will always buy from the them. I feel confident in the products and the excellent customer service. As a matter of fact, I am on my way there right now!

Skincare by Alana is a great way to get products that are otherwise unavailable. I like being able to order my products myself. The prices are good and there are usually promo codes, which make products even more affordable. My only complaint is that in every order placed I did not receive items and had to contact customer service to check on items. Not a big deal, but something to be aware of. Overall, I'd recommend. The products are legitimate and great - just make sure you receive everything you ordered.

I am loving all of the products I have tired by Alana. I like all the products I have tired such as eye cream, retinol oil, pumpkin mask, vitamin c cream and sunscreen. I don't need my primer anymore with the magnifying sunscreen. The shipping is really fast too. Try out Alana's products you won't be disappointed.

The products I have ordered and used get five stars, so my comments are limited to those products only and the lovely reps on the phone who help me sort through the ordering issues the company has which I think are primarily due to old software the company needs to dump and replace (I am a software engineer so...).

Packages take about 30 days to get to you. They will lie and say it takes 5 to 7 days. Packages are shipped out very slow and they can care less if you need your products.
Also BEWARE because yes, as the other negative comments say, they WILL bill you for an item even if it's not in stock. So you bought some Tokyo milk perfume? Well 10 days later your gonna find out its out of stock aka has not been in stock for a year. I ordered 130$ worth of DDF products from Skincare by Alana and they never arrived. I ordered them in late November. I reached out only after the holidays because it was mid-decemeber by the time I realized they weren't going to show up. The company did nothing and offered nothing. I got a set of 3-4 emails saying that they had gotten in touch with the returns/disputes center and I would be contacted in 2-3 business days. I would write again 2 weeks later and get the same email, without ever hearing from disputes center. When I called, they told me that could put a message down for their returns
