Porcelain tiles are ceramic tiles commonly used to cover floors and walls, with a water absorption rate of less than 0.5 percent. The clay used to build porcelain tiles is generally denser. They can either be glazed or unglazed. Porcelain tiles are one type of vitrified tiles and are sometimes referred to as porcelain vitrified tiles.

This was the worst experience I have ever had while remodeling my home. I ordered a custom bathroom sink and vanity March 1, 2021. It was supposed to be completed in 8 weeks. It was finally installed today, August 10, 2021. I was told “it fell through the cracks” and was forgotten about when I called to inquire about my order in June . It was installed in July, but the vanity was cut incorrectly, not the custom vanity I ordered. When I called to discuss the mistake, Brandon Ruby (sales) and Lori Macdonald (the manager) did not want to take accountability and just admit it was wrong. Brandon

I am a custom home builder and I have ordered countless kitchen and bath cabinets from Acorn Cabinets for over ten years. The homes I build are in the $1-4 million dollar range and my customers expect high quality cabinetry and service and we get that from Acorn. They have a wide selection of cabinets in various price points that are also affordable.
Lastly the owner, Joe, and his sales manager, Lori, are people of high integrity that bend over backward to keep their customers happy. If there are any issues you can count on them to resolve them quickly and professionally.

I called Acorn last week to see if they had replacement hinges in stock for my Aristokraft cabinets. Aristokraft has a LIFETIME warranty on hinges. I was informed by Tim that they may or may not have them in stock and that Aristokraft only has a 5 year warranty on their hinges. He was “gracious” enough to offer to give me the hinges for “free” if they had them in stock or he could order them if need be. I told him I was pretty sure that they had a lifetime warranty and he disagreed but said he would “give” me the hinges even though they were Aristokraft cabinets “our builders base

It was a great experience working with Christy Stasiak at Acorn Kitchen and bath. If it wasn’t for Christy to help me through the experience I could not have accomplished my dream kitchen come through. Christie was fantastic and very patient with me and helped me with picking everything to coordinate my beautiful kitchen. I highly recommend Christy to help you achieve your goal

Colleen was a DREAM to work with! From the first time we walked into the showroom to the final install day, she was always making sure our project was running smoothly. Colleen was able to work with the cabinet manufacturer to create custom pieces we had requested and made our vision of a contemporary kitchen come to life. We selected Omega Cabinets, and the quality is superb. We'll definitely be using Acorn K & B for any other projects we may have.

Christie Stasiak took my jumbled ideas and turned them into a stunning kitchen layout. She is brilliant with design and working with different spaces. She was very patient and walked through different concepts and ideas with us (a few times as I changed my mind and some edits). :)
The Kemper cabinets are gorgeous and they all came in at the same time and were packaged really well.
It was a great experience!

Not sure what kind of gold mine Acorn sits on, but regardless...it would be great if the sales associates could show some willingness to help customers in an attentive/friendly manner. I assumed these folks work on commission and might be more inclined to serve customers. I was ignored for the good part of my visit (Not even a standard "hello" from anyone there for the first 10 minutes). I used that time to look through the showroom and formulate questions about specific product. When the angry, freckled ginger-tones associate finally decided to offer assistance, I wished he hadn&apos

The worst customer service Ive received in remodeling and Ive done several homes in my years. This was for large master bath. We spent over 40K on this total remodel so not chump change. Process was slow - slow for design, I believe to lack of experience, slow to get ordered, received wrong molding, and the office manager was shockingly rude when I called asking to speak to a manager to get things resolved. I will never buy from Acorn again... awful experience. Our 100K kitchen / dining remodel is going to another company who is more experienced and demonstrates respect for customer&apos

Do NOT go to ACORN!!! Go to Home Depot or ANYWHERE ELSE!!!
Spent over $12,000 in cabinets and EVERY SINGLE cabinet came in damaged. I hired an "interior designer" who was also employed by ACorn and suggested we use ACorn. Of course this was in effort to double dip on commission and get a kick back from ACORN.
After receiving my cabinets, the "designer" came to inspect the damages as if I was telling a lie. Of course, not only were all damages present, she found even more problems.
In March I was promised 2 weeks for delivery of replacement cabinets and fronts. It&apos

We had a major leak on our upstairs shower floor pan. Our house was built in 1957. The water barrier had degraded. It leaked while were in Arizona for the winter. We had major mold in the closet below and a ruined plaster ceiling in the bathroom downstairs. While we were at it, we got a new vanity for the up stairs bathroom. All the subcontractors were outstanding. The project was handled by Justin who did a good job coordinating all the features and styles. Tony was the project manager who was very friendly and helpful. The one and only complaint: everything took a long time to complete. We started

Wow! Never have been to a place so indifferent to new business. We called about new countertops, were told to fax in our floor plan. We did, but never heard from them. Called, put on hold for over 15 minutes. Decided to go to showroom; virtually ignored. Finally told no one could help us that day but someone would get back to us in a few days. Glad they have so many customers; we won't be one of them.

5 stars for sure.
We had a budget that we surpassed but every turn was disclosed and we knowingly went over. Joe is great - he'll call you back (thumbs up) and is fair. Quality is great, value is great and the issues (there are always issues...) were resolved without an arguement. We "interviewed" about 12 companies, were torn between 2, and selected Acorn because they worked on my parents kitchens and bathrooms with great attention to detail. They even advised on a cheaper towel bar solution (that reduced their profits) knowing that we were getting close to our budget limit
