ASM uses the latest in software. Solidworks is our main platform but we can accept pretty much any file type. ASM specializes in taking customer designs in collaboration to provide full DFM support. This process can eliminate parts, welding and or machining. The savings in time and material lowers costs to our customers and is often an improvement in quality.
Once the sheet metal has been through the laser / punching process the resulting parts need to be formed into 3D shapes. Our in-house standard tool library along with custom tool capabilities gives the ability to form what is needed. Amada press brakes hold tight tolerances repeatable throughout any size production run to insure the product meets the specifications needed.

Welding is big part of our fabrication process. We have multiple work stations using the latest TIG and MIG machines to produce the final product. From simple parts to complete welded assemblies we can take care of it. Our welders come from a shop background in fabrication in all types of materials.
ASM Precision offers full service parts kitting to deliver "ready to ship" packages to our customers. Parts kitting is a tedious process and can be very time consuming taking up more space while handling numerous small parts.
