Taking a test because you feel healthy and your employer is requiring it? No problem, come down and take a test with some careless, Maskless employees. Oh wait, you still feel healthy and your test came back positive? Now you can't go to work because of a positive test some outstanding citizen administered. Maybe it was because all the tests are contaminated. Too bad so sad. Good luck trying to explain to your boss you feel healthy. This place is a joke. Good luck.

I would give a 0 star if there's an option.
I had an appointment at 1:30 pm. Came to the site and I was told I have to wait till 2 pm since all 6 staff are having lunch.
I told them that I have 1:30 pm appt and they said I Just have to wait till 2 pm.
When they were done with lunch, one of the ladies came out and said 'oh, only 2 are waiting' . The fact is other people couldn't wait and left.
I told them that they should have the time slot blocked if they were not in service. The staff I talked to ignored me and another staff

Service has totally failed here. Was my primary for past 10 years. Last year diagnosed with covid and would not give me ivermectin, so I got some from Tijuana and 4 days of taking it I was out surfing and feeling 100%. As of today I had scheduled a virtual appointment for yesterday and they flaked and did not make the appointment. They text me to confirm, but then went silent with no response. I called all day and no one would help. I'm now going with one of those concierge services.

Went to get a Covid test through the OC Fair grounds walk up testing site. That was on Wednesday at noon, still have not received my results, front office staff at the urgent care did not want to help me. Their app has a number you can call, also unhelpful, they tell me the lab has my results but can’t give me the results they will be sent to me via the app. That was this morning at 7 am. I’ve sent several messages through their app with no response since last night. I would not trust them to do any kind of tests, especially if you need something done in a timely

I went to get tested and it was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! They are disorganized and unprofessional! Communication is terrible. Lots of helpers standing around doing NOTHING! I registered online, and again registered while in line, and when I got to the front of the line they couldn't help me? They said I wasn't in the system. Are you kidding me? I waited for over 2 hours on the parking pavement, sick as a dog! This place sucks! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!

Test was this past Wednesday and I have yet to receive my results. It does say it could take up to 48 hours, we are heading for 72 hours now. I called the urgent care office this morning and got no help from the front desk staff, she told me to text the number that confirmed my appointment. I've been getting tested for COVID here regularly for work. This place is so mismanaged it's insane anyone uses them. Unfortunately my work has a contract with them so I have no choice. Don't bother even making an appointment as it won't get you seen any quicker. They put everyone in one line, don't ask them if they have an appointment, and don't make clear all of the information they'll need from you at the time of the test. This leads to people making online appointments when they reach the front of the line, people running back to their car grab insurance cards

Came here on NYE early in the morning (8:30AM) to get a free rapid before gathering with family on the 1st. The line was relatively short since it was earlier in the morning. Waited maybe 10 minutes tops.
The initial swab didn't take unfortunately, so I had to come back for a second swab, but I didn't have to wait in the line (which by then was significantly longer). Everyone was friendly and courteous. I just now can't find the link to use their services again for the free rapid test.
I definitely recommend - just go early. Way longer lines later in the day, even with an appointment

I have scheduled for a COVID test the day before (through VUC website for this specific request, filled out all the paperwork requested such as ID and heath insurance immediately, signed consent and got a appt confirmation appt), and the following morning (the day of the testing) I got a text stating that appt was cancelled with a message "this appointment is not for Covid testing". Now I have been directed to schedule a covid test through another site. I called the office and no one picks up the phone. Left a message, and no response yet.

Despite some negative reviews here I actually had a great experience. When I arrived I was a bit worried because of the long line outside but I found out that the line was only for Covid testing and not for Urgent Care. I can completely understand the stress causing some lack of organization or speed with the extreme demand for Covid tests right now so I’m not surprised that some people have complained. So many that is an area of improvement for them but on the urgent care side everything was great! The staff was friendly and helpful. I was also able to get in and out with hardly any wait at

Really the most unorganized and unprofessional testing spot. Sat there for hours in my car after checking in to get tested and they never got to me. When I got out of my car, to ask, they said oops and the guy just took a nasal swab outside without a mask or anything. Don't come here. Go somewhere else that is more professional and well run.

This place is TERRIBLE. Had to wait in the rain for a COVID test, because, you know, exposing potentially sick people to the rain and having them get soaking wet is smart... Then, the guy who did the test made me bleed by shoving it too hard into my nose, as if he was trying to swab my brain. Finally, THEY FORGOT TO SEND ME MY "RAPID" TEST RESULTS... I only received my results because I repeatedly called and messaged them for DAYS......I've had dozens of COVID tests for work/travel/etc and have NEVER experienced this level of incompetence. This place is a medical malpractice lawsuit

Had been there before and had good experiences, but however all the reviews from here are old and I went thinking it was the same urgent care. I honestly would never go there again I would say just go to hoag or another close urgent care but I can elaborate too. They would like to make you wait about an hour while I witnessed other customers come in and get angry at the lady at the front desk for their previous visits and I later realized I should've left then. I wait for an hour even though there is only one other person who got there at the same time as me waiting with me for the one doctor that

Poor management of COVID testing, I waited over an hour with an appointment. I had to answer a questionnaire with someone which could have been done online, only one person was actually testing people and one person was on the computer logging and giving results. I won’t be back - not even for the urgent care.
And yes, I’m grateful to healthcare workers during this time and didn’t express impatience on-site, but I do still feel that my feedback is valuable and the process is poorly managed.

AWFUL - That is all I can say about this place. Appointments at 2:15 and 2:30 and they didn't even get to us until 4 PM and told us it is what it is and they have plenty of other people that will take our spot if needs be?????? They are rude, unprofessional, careless and appear to be day laborers with 15 minutes training and care factor! after 5 attempts, they checked us in and we told them the system didn't allow us to request the PCR test and if that was available, they said yes and we are checked in for that and it should take few more minutes to be done. 30 minutes later someone obnoxious

I ordered a rapid test and arrived for my appointment on time. I followed the instructions to send a text to a number letting them know I arrived and waited in my car. Twenty minutes later I'm still sitting there with no reply to the text and I see a lady approaching car that arrived after I did. She skips me and goes to the beginning. I'm sitting at the end so she doesn't even make it to the end of the line of cars.
I finally get out and ask

I was asking how long for waiting, they said just wait in my car and still passed me to test everyone else. This's why it's free. Still waiting. Thank. Never be back here. Racist people

I've been having very positive experiences here for covid tests. The staff is really friendly and they get the job done quick. This is my go to for covid tests. You get to stay in your car and you're in and out within 15 minutes max... sometimes even 5 minutes depending on how busy they are. I highly recommend this location for covid tests as they have a variety of types of tests you can get and you get your results within 24-48 hours!

I have had a couple of good visits to this place for PCR testing in the past but today I had an awful experience with the service there.
Similar to the previous reviewer, I arrive ahead of my appointment, park in the parking lot of the clinic, text to let them know of my arrival, wait for 45 minutes in the car with no sign of anyone acknowledging, approach the outside desk staff to object to the fact that I had not heard anything. They say that I needed to park in the row immediately facing the clinic and not 15 feet away across for the tiny lot. The lot was very crowded today and nearly impossible

Terrible experience and I did not even had to step foot into the facility. I made an appointment which I was unable to make it in to. Two months later, I received an email stating I had checked in, and testing was conducted. To top it off my "results" came back positive, I received a call from the county public health advising me I was positive when I did not even test!! I was unable to come in contact with anyone from the clinic for two days. Eventually got to speak with Lauren and was told to disregard the messages since it was in error in their systems messaging. Visited the group/ facilities from San Diego. Arrived early. Found the medical team hard at work, very professional and attentive. Once the the registered patients checked in, the acknowledgment message was received with instructions of the procedure. Everyone was parked at designated test parking area and promptly was visited by the health professional who took the sample. Very efficient and painless. We. Were accepted earlier than our actual appointment time by 1 hours. Thank you team and keep up the good work. Cheers and God bless!
