I ordered a few items from their e-commerce website. When the order arrived, I inspected it and noticed one part missing (to no fault of the dealership; it appears the missing part wasn't shipped from the factory). I sent an email to Gold Star explaining the problem. Within 24 hours, Bree responded to me and had the problem rectified. Gold Star has the best prices when it comes to accessorizing your bike. I will continue to order from them and skip the local dealer which says a lot since I live where HD is headquartered! "

Tryed to buy a transmission case via there e commerce department and was told they needed the old one before they could order it I was held hostage to there demand's canseled the order. Checked with another dealership no problem. They told me Harley Davidson did not requiring a case to be returned. Bike is 6 years old. I never had any issues with them before. Called Harley Davidson customer service no help either.

They was really nice to us. Showed us around. Informed us of their services. When we came in the morning of to buy the bike they were polishing her up making her look super nice. Staff was over the top nice. Paperwork went smooth. What I loved was the big deal they did after the papers was signed. They called all the staff to the sales floor. Then they proceeded to have a small "party" of sorts. They let my better half ring a bell, they had sirens, lights, revved bikes, and just made a big deal about him buying his bike. Of course they took pictures as well.

I used Surdyke's website to order a helmet and it's been 3 weeks so I called in to asked what happen. The lady in the parts department told me that one helmet came in but it wasn't mine. She could not give me any proof on this but I believe that they had sold my helmet to a costumer inside they're dealership. She told me it would be at least another 3 weeks before they would get it in. I asked for a discount for this mishap but she told me that there would be no way that her or her manager could do that. Needed 2 screws to fit an HD windshield to my V-Rod. Placed an order for a pack of 2 (per their website) on June 18 for shipment by July 1. Called July 7 when my order status was not updated. Their parts department said "we'll look for it, it might be in a pile of parts somewhere. It's just a few screws, it might have gotten lost so if we can't find it we'll just refund you." Horrible outfit to deal with. Ordered parts on May 19,2020. Part of the order was shipped on May 29th and received in good order. Estimated shipping for the last part was updated to June 2, 2020. Contacted them a few days after the 2nd and was told it would ship mid-June. Contacted them again after the 15th and told it would ship at the end of June. Contacted them today, July 2nd, and was told indefinite back order. Status says warehouse. If it is in the warehouse, you can ship the part. No emails or calls about the back order. What a disaster of an outfit. Placed an order on May 11 because like others negative reviews have stated, their website said it was in stock. Low and behold they did NOT actually have the item in stock. I get notified that it is on back order from Harley with an estimated ship date of 6/2/2020. On 5/16/2020 I get notified that the item is "Packed from HD" headed to them so they can ship it to me. A couple weeks go by and no updates, so I contact them only to be told that HD had NOT actually shipped it to them and they sent an email asking why. Here we are, weeks later, I once again

Once again, I had to get on the online chat to find where my correct part was. It had still not been sent. After raising hell once again in chat, suddenly my part would be shipped the next day. Three months after I ordered, six weeks after i returned their mistake, I did finally get what I ordered, but what hell I had to go thru to get someone off their assess to do anything about it. Without going into a long drawn out ordeal. Make sure you don't need your parts in a hurry and if you do, don't ask them where or when they will ship. I did and got the answer, "in a couple of days". Really?!?! My item is enroute to me now. The estimated time of arrival puts it at 1 month and 1 day since I ordered it and I am not so sure it wouldn't of gotten shipped that quick if I hadn't hounded them literally every other day for the past two weeks. Will never do business with Surdyke again.

Never buy again from these clowns. If you made a mistake and order the wrong product, might as well keep it. You'll never be able to return it. If you try to return the product, you'll add to your loses by getting stuck with the returned shipping cost. Also, when you order they don't tell you that they are out of stock, so you can wait weeks before your entire order gets ships. Bottom line, stay away. There are plenty of good merchants out there with pricing as good or better.

I just came from their big "unveiling." New name. After that, I doubt I'll get my new bike from there. They had a good turnout, but they weren't set up for it. There are was food (for sale--high price), but no tables or chairs ANYWHERE for people to sit. The program took about 45 minutes, outside, in the heat. No water available and again, nowhere to sit. Then they let everyone into the "new" dealership and said to sign up for the new rewards program. We waited in line for 10 minutes before anyone showed up, and then they had nothing set up. Horrible service and mislabeled merchandise (makes me wonder if the motor clothes they sell are authentic or not). I ordered a leather jacket in a Large, but they shipped me an Extra-Large (XL on the tag inside the jacket, but Large on the paper tag). I went through the process to return the jacket (no exchanges, they make you re-order for their mistake). I had to spend over $25 for shipping. Surdyke is a awesome place to find your Harley Davidson items from a actual Dealer at a reduced price-i have shared their web info to at least a dozen people amazed at the discounted pricing.
Today I was totally disappointed with the customer service, if anyone orders items from this location be sure it is the correct size...I know I did not order a extra small that would not even fit my 11 year old, they wouldn't even attempt to meet me half way and give me a exact item correct size at their cost to keep a valued customer happy, apparently not valued at all.
Triple check the size, im possitive

I wish I could give this place a negative star rating. Their customer service is horrible. I order an item for an upcoming ride (I ordered two weeks in advance) and they hadn't even received it yet. So I email and request a refund and they insist on charging me a 20% "restocking" fee. Excuse me? Restocking on an order which hasn't even been fulfilled from the supplier. Okay, go ahead and take your bs fee. (Now I see why Amazon is winning all my business). Not even a "Man, we're really sorry. Let me see if there is anything we can do..."
