TC Villas is a boutique company with a very small team (and we like it that way!). When you call our office, we will take as much time as needed to find you the best villa for your needs. Our business has grown as a result of this personal touch and it has become our mission to form relationships with all of our guests, new as well as the many return and referral guests we are fortunate enough to have.
The Turks and Caicos Islands are an overseas territory of the United Kingdom and form part of the British West Indies (BWI). The archipelago consists of 40 islands and cays, eight of which are inhabited. These islands are located just off the US East Coast, below the Bahamas, and to the east of Cuba -they are part of the Caribbean, although technically located in the Atlantic Ocean.
The islands of Turks and Caicos are framed with beautiful white sand beaches. Visitors can find world famous beaches like Grace Bay Beach or other less trafficked beaches as well. All our holiday villas are located on the most populous island in TCI, Providenciales (Provo for short). Provo is home to the main airport in TCI, the Providenciales International Airport (PLS) and is the tourism & commerce center of the country. Providenciales is one of 40 islands in the tropical paradise known as Turks and Caicos.

We just returned from a weeks stay at the Water Edge villa, and wow is the first word that comes to mind. From the moment we reached out to them for a potential booking, they were the most responsive folks I have ever dealt with. They thoroughly answered every question I asked, without hesitation. There were so many fantastic things about the villa that I couldn't list them all. The attention to detail was very much appreciated. The accommodations and location were top-notch. The snorkeling less than 100 yards from the villa is some of the best on the island. I would not hesitate to stay here again

Went for a post Xmas vacation. Villa managers were attentive and responsive as our flights were delayed and needed both late check-in and check-out.
Villa itself is just like the pictures...the beach is not as nice as Grace Bay or Long Bay but since you can drive and access all the beaches (everything is public) that is not a concern and when you factor in that it is RIGHT out your door and essentially private all the better. Villa and beach are very secluded / private but walking distance to some good restaurants. Snorkeling is literally 4 feet off the beach...all in all a GREAT place to stay

Wow!!! Amazing property. The villa was everything that we were wanting with this vacation. Archie at TC Villas is a rock star….. always willing to help and answer questions. He really hung in there with me in getting us the vacation we hoped for despite the challenges with the pandemic. The on sight folks that was available to answer questions and tend to the property were absolutely amazing. Perfect perfect trip.

Conch Beach Villa is a beautiful place on Grace Bay. The location is perfect. It's in the sandy portion of the beach (Grace Bay gets rockier towards Smith Reef) and is walkable to the marina area. We really appreciate all the options for outdoor seating as well as the kayaks and paddleboards. The house is very nice and the 3 bedrooms all have en suite baths and are spaced apart for privacy. We also enjoyed the large screened in porch. Overall a great experience and highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Water Edge Villa, which was our first
visit to Turks and Caicos.
The villa itself was very clean and well-appointed, you can lounge around the pool, the beach is steps away, and the location in Turtle Cove is wonderful. We really enjoyed walking to several nearby restaurants for dinner and staying in for lunch each day.
We had an issue with maintenance, and cleaning did not happen as originally scheduled, but everything was quickly resolved and we were given a very nice gift basket to make up for the inconvenience.
I would highly recommend booking this property if
visit to Turks and Caicos.

We stayed at a beach villa (conch beach villa) for thanksgiving week. Family of six. House was very clean, well maintained, perfect location. Close to smith reef snorkeling, tennis court, basketball court, kayaks, pool with slide, spa hot tub, paddle boards….perfect for active young family. We hired a private chef and it made the experience so luxurious and relaxing. Management staff was very responsive with any concerns (no concerns just coordination to have house open for chef when we arrive and it was seamless). Will rent again from TC villas. Five star operation!

Travelers beware! We wired all of the funds for our stay to TC Villas (Big mistake - use only companies that take credit cards). COVID hit, and after some discussion, they finally allowed us to reschedule our trip a year later and resign a new contract. When the travel ban on our country was not lifted, we exercised the refund policy in the contract only to find out that the company would NOT honor the 90% refund as written in the signed contract. They blamed it on us for not buying the travel insurance, which by the way, would not have covered any of the issues we were having. We hired a

Villa Isla is a beautiful villa on Long Bay in Turks Caicos. We are very picky travelers and this villa was immaculate, well appointed and had everything we needed. It was very humid when we traveled in June and air conditioning is in each room, including the main living areas. For the first few days we only used a/c in the bedrooms, but as it got more humid we were able to close up the main living space and use the a/c there too. There are many places to sit and enjoy the view at this property as well as lots of shade. The beach was very private and we rarely saw anyone else. Having visited Turks
