Tyrrell Tires is a family owned and operated business located in Rapid City, SD. We first opened our doors in a little shop off of Highway 44 in April of 2012. After being in the shop on Highway 44 we were in the position to re-locate to our new location at 105 N Cambell Street, Rapid City, SD. I absolutely had the best experience here today! I think it is very important to shop local and today really drove that home for me. I got a flat tire while I was at work and Zach was even willing to stop by my work if needed. They got me in and out right away. I knew it was a right decision when I got my tires last year from them. They made what could been a stressful situation an easy in and out process, as well as they stood by the product they sold me. That screw didn't ruin my day because the customer service I was greated with.

Id like to first start off this review with my appreciation of the team in previous services I've had done by them. Excellent tire prices and services. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case today (12/23). Set an appointment for two oil changes on both my Jeeps day prior. I'm grateful they were able to do it! Where the pleasurable experience diminished was at the very end with Scott. At checkout, I informed him I was military which came with 5% discount. After he informed me of the total, I asked if the discount was applied to which he replied it was. Also said he waved the tire rotation

This was the car repair nightmare you hear about. Took my wife's car here trying to get rid of what sounded like a suspension knock. They replaced the suspension, but the noise was still there. They said it was BOTH CV axles. Trying to fix it before my deployment, we replaced both of those (took 3 weeks because they ordered the wrong part). Noise was still there, they said it was her differential (impossible, because that's unrelated). With $1,500 invested, we went to Ford who took one look and saw it was a $25 bushing... We figured we'd cut our losses and move on with a new suspension

I would like to thank the guys and gals at Tyrrell Tires for hooking me up short notice on installing my wheel studs and mounting and balancing my tires that I brought to them. If you plan on shopping with them buy your tires from them as well! I bought these on a whim from Tire Rack and it was a struggle to fit them into my coupe. Next time I will buy my tires thru Tyrrell because they have better prices and it’s more convenient to as well! I would highly recommend them!

Excellent, timely service. I've come in for new tires, timing belt pulley replacement and and rear axle bearing replacement. Each time they diagnosed and fixed the problem, day of with no appointment, at a very reasonable price. When I bought tires they took the time to show me multiple options and got them in to the shop within 2 days. Thanks Tyrrell Tires!

Very disappointed in my experience at Tyrrell Tires, the customer service was terrible, all of the garage workers were out smoking while the cars just sat their. I needed help and asked the front desk manager some questions,
Not only was he not able to answer them, he couldn't get me out of the door fast enough. Needless to say I went to a shop down the street and explained to them my situation. They were able help me with my situation right away, and stated they actually get a lot of customers from Tyrrell's and weren't surprised of the poor customer service I received.
